WP is up to version 6.2. Will this theme still work?

The theme will be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.

The current version of the theme should work correctly with the latest version of WordPress and you should know that in case you need the latest version of any bundled plugin you can submit a ticket at our Help Center or contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with the latest version.

I’m trying to update the theme to version 1.6, and I’m getting this error “PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wellexpo_core_is_theme_registered() in /wp-content/themes/wellexpoV2/framework/modules/blog/shortcodes/blog-list/functions.php:13” Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Countdown timer only goes to 2022 with the latest version 1.6. Is there a way to add more years?

Thanks. I figured out this needed an update that wasn’t showing up under plugins, but rather tools->site health and then updated WellExpo Core.

However, a new issue has come up and that is there seems to be no way to modify the fullscreen menu top”: “tagline” & “title” or the animation of the fullscreen menu.

I don’t think I should have to pay for the theme again to get support on a feature that is missing.

I am not getting any support for 3 consecutive days after submitting a ticket!! I want a refund. Many other people are reporting the same bug 6 months ago. This is not good support

Please understand that our average response time is around 24 hours on weekdays and that our support agents are trying their best to answer all of our users in this timeframe. Also, please note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.

Hi there, lovely modern theme – filled with parallax, love it! Regarding the ticket system:

  • Is the an in-built payment system compatible (for tickets) directly integrated within theme, and compatible with belgian payment systems such as Bancontact/Visa/Mastercard/Paypal? How does it work? I’m aiming to understand the user’s buying journey.
  • Is the theme compatible with eventbrite plugin – A platform that manages ticket booking? This is an alternative ticket system, that would allow us to feature several our of Theatre show events.

We haven’t tested the theme with Eventbrite plugin. The theme is using “Timetable Responsive Schedule For WordPress” plugin. You can find more detailed instructions on how to set up events with Timetable plugin in this article here.

Hi, Quick Presale questions. Is it possible to have the tickets on your theme converted to woocommerce products. The goals is to sell tickets with different pricing based on the user role (registered earlier). Is this possible? Does this theme support woocommerce in general ? Do you support multiple attendees per event with custom field for these attendees? Any attendees based registration / management system for the events?

Unfortunately, the theme doesn’t have attendees based registration / management system for the events. The registration form here https://wellexpo.qodeinteractive.com/registration is created with Contact Form 7 plugin and the info entered in the email will be sent to the email set in the contact form configuration. Data entered in the registration form is not stores in the backend or in a database. You can adjust this contact form to add more fields. WellExpo theme is compatible with WooCommerce and you can add tickets as products.

I installed the theme on a new site but it’s giving me the following error. This code was already used to register another domain. Please deregister your code there so that you can use it for registering here.

The previous site does not exist anymore and I need the registration to be released but can’t do it because it’s not there anymore.

I can’t submit support because that also expired. Need some help asap.

I bought this a long time ago, but I just want to update my website now. For detail speakers like this page (https://wellexpo.qodeinteractive.com/team-member/hector-jones/), there is no position or job title in this page. How can I place job title in this page?

We are sorry for the misunderstanding. Now it is perfectly clear. So the the Select Team Members info > Job position will be visible only in the Speakers list which it is on your side as well. On the single speakers page it is not visible and you could add the position within the Excerpt field over the text perhaps.

It doesn’t look good if I add within the Excerpt. Is there any other way? And for breadcrumbs is “Home>Amanda Snow”, is it suppose “Home>Speakers>Amanda Snow”?

It will be Home>Hector Jones, this is by default like this. If you would like to change this you can consider using a third party plugin perhaps. Breadcrumbs can show only homepage link, parent link and child(current page) link. Adding more siblings(parent parents) would require changes in template files and additional coding, which is not included in item support, sorry about that.

There seem to be a lot of bugs in this theme. I can’t easily do anything. It gives a lot of white screen of death each time I try to save or update anything. Firstly, trying to register the template from the Wordpress backend was a whole lot of stress. Changing logo, accessing media, editing page, creating new page, login to admin and so much more has just been really frustrating. At first I thought it was my server. When I checked, I noticed the core plugin has the issue, and you really cannot make any edit without that plugin being active.

Cant register to make a ticket. No confirmation email. Others have asked this as well. Can we just know how to edit the registration sticky at the bottom of the screen please?

Just purchased the theme about 3 hours ago and having MAJOR issue between the 500 image files and the WellExpo Core plugin giving me the white screen of death(I have disabled all plugins and realized this was the only one cause me trouble). The theme looks great, but if you cant get an update out soon I will be requesting a refund. Also I would recommend removing so many assets. Please help!

Also note I have updated all PHP and INI files as well as made your recommended HTACCESS file changes as well.
