Hello, do I need to purchase a license for wpbakery separately or do you update to the newest version along the theme? I bought the theme and it was on the latest version, but now it asks me to buy a license so I can update it

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in the Theme Package.

And there is no need to activate or purchase a new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

When we search our site on Google, some pages (including the homepage) shows this: A slick, powerful and clean theme Porto provides an intuitive set of options to help you setup your WordPress site quickly and effectively.

We use Yoast SEO and I have filled in the meta description. I just discovered this now but this problem is probably there for several months.

Hello, I have purchased 2 licences for the Porto theme and although my question is support related, it relates to your own Shop Demo 28 (Single Product) demo of the theme. It seems the Modal pop up video has recently stopped working, even on your own theme demo and server. Please check. Is there a known issue here? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mark

But if you click the red play button, the pop-up video doesn’t work. This is the same behavior as is on my 2x Porto WP sites. So I think there is an issue with the Theme, and not just with my sites.

Thanks for the details I have checked and found that it is an issue in the theme the modal box is not working now with selector. It will be fixed in the coming update of our theme. Until you can use the other lightbox element of our theme. Hello, is there a way where I can set certain products to showcase in these home page sections.

Lets say I have a category of games and I have a category of software. And I want one showcase to be of games and other of software.

Its not directly possible, as the Shop page is the Archive page… You can set Grid or List view on it using theme options…

You can create a new page and set table on it using Custom HTML and then use products shortcode in that table cells to display the prodcuts under table…

I just want to know hw to disable zooming in mobile, is it in theme options ?

Everytime a visitor click on element, it zooms in focus, and it is really bad for the user experience.

I was able to disable zooming when double clicking on an element by using a code, but there is no options to disable zooming on mobile screen when clicking on element like : - Search form on mobile - Text areas and dropdown menus in contact form or checkout form, etc.

Is there any way to do so ? thank you very much

I am facing a serious issue in a search console for a website. Its an ecommerce website developed on wordpress with woo commerce. I have submitted sitemap, there are many pages which are indexed but giving issue like they are giving warning of some missing fields. What I have understood is that there are some optional fields in the product page like SKU, Brand, Reviews which I have not added and I don’t want to add them. Please guide me about a solution to overcome this issue because pages with this issue/warnings are not showing up in search results. Thanks a lot in advance and I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Products which don’t have any review rating occur this warning.

We cound’t add “offers”, “review”, or “aggregateRating” for the empty reviewed products.

That’s because it requires more than 0 review count and review stars.

So you need to input at least one review for all products to remove this warning. This is not a bug. Warnings tells there is no review/rating for that product.

But we can’t fix 2 warnings even though we set review/rating for products.Brand and gtin, | isbn | mpn.
