I’m afraid Testimonials do not have a carousel layout. You could display multiple in their own columns like 1/3 or 1/4 columns each with separate Testimonial.
Some demos/prebuilt sites come with their own unique icon sets. You can import the demo to get those consents.

Each WordPress theme has its own shortcodes and options, you can not make a simple switch from one WordPress theme to another as it may require some adjustments on content level such as changing the elements to our Avada Builder, we do not provide such content changing services but our team will definitely guide you thru out the complete process step by step if that is what you are looking for

I recently updated this theme and I am still experiencing these problems: - Product names/titles are overlapping on carousel element - Product names/titles are going outside the box design on our product page - Font is inconsistent in product descriptions - New element features (although clicked to be seen) such as the gallery element are still not showing

The modal element feature… is there a way to edit the size of it? there are only 2 sizes in the default .. i want a size that nearly fills the whole screen..
also the direction it pops in is from the top.. is there a way to edit which side you want it to fade in from?

Hi, I have 3 purchased licenses for this theme? I used the licenses on a couple of demo sites and then took it off but now I can’t use it on the live sites. How can I find out which sites the licenses are currently active on and change them?

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3GIY9cX

WIth one license, can I run the theme in two installations? One instance where to develop the website and next one under actual domain name? The idea is to keep the beta instance always live to do and test new edits before moving to actual website.

I am not using staging domain. I am using AWS Lightsail instance for beta. SO no domains. Only IP address (provided by Amazon Lightsail). Will that work?

Hi,
In my Themeforest account it shows that I still have 14 days of support.
However, when I go to my Avada account it says support expired.
It might be your system was calculating using the date of my first purchase. However my second purchase was within 6 month.

You can simply assign a different menu to each page in this case, it can be done using our layouts (custom header) also by using the Avada Page Options, this means that once the lesson is clicked it goes to a different page with a different menu, however changing the exact same menu on the same page via ajax is not a possibility.

In order to unregister a code from a site, you need to log into your support account at https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/.
