The date selection calendar on the frontend is only selectable up to a year anyway at this point only bookings up to Jul 8th 2023 would be open.
If you want to completely close bookings for all of 2023 you can just add a maintenance booking in the bookings section and block all rooms for this date.

1.) Yes when you create a service you can select which room it’s available for, and set it to be mandatory
2.) Yes you can translate the theme front and backend using the .pot language file provided, but bear in mind you’ll need to translate yourself

I am very interested in your template. Only, here is the problem that my client has.
It has 30 tents (accommodation) standard type with capacity for 4 people. He wants that when someone goes to the site to book for example for a group of 10 people, the search result gives 3 tents with the 10 people spread over the 3 tents. Except what I understood in the demo of your template is that it will depend on the capacity of the hosting. If it is set to 4 adults, it will tell it no accommodation found (even if for example in the site, there are 30 accommodations of this type available if I understood correctly). There is no possibility in your booking system to add this if I take the template? In the sense that if I define the quantity of 30 accommodations, that this accommodation can accommodate 4 adults, that when the customer goes to the front office and wants to take a reservation for 8 people for example, that he displays 2 accommodations in the results, not any accommodations found.
It’s quite urgent, because I really want to buy it, but it’s just this problem that bothers me.

Are your tents all the same? If so yes I think you can easily do this.
My suggestion would be to create 1 tent in the accommodation section set as a shared dorm room, and you can set the capacity to 120 people (4×30).
In the tent details just write, “each tent accommodates 4 people, for groups larger than 4 we will provide multiple tents”.
So not matter how many guests you select when searching on the booking page, it will just show the single tent type and let guests select this for their guest quantity.

Thanks for your feedback. This is a possibility that can be considered as a solution. Except that we won’t have the number of people assigned to a tent number like that, I think. it requires reflection and I have to see it with my client. Thank-you for your prompt response.

The main factor which make the demo website load longer are the images which are large and compressed less for better appearance. So yes certainly if you’re running the theme on your own server with better compressed images, and using a cache plugin it will load a lot faster.

What version of the “Soho Hotel Booking” plugin are you running? If you don’t have the “Maintenance” booking status option you’re probably running an old version. The current latest version is 4.0.7.

after the update i can’t edit the booking page element with WPBAKERY PAGE BUILDER! The booking page element doesn’t have any settings in the page builder. Settings can be access in the booking plugin settings page. This is not a bug.

Hi, Just a quick question, I have one of my clients that are using this theme and we love it.
Firstly the Stripe gateway is not working properly in the last month or so and rejecting so many peoples bookings.
Secondly I am running a very old version of this – SohoHotel Version: 2.2.4
However when I update to your latest version the whole site breaks and pages go all over the place.
I would appreciate a little advice on how to update to the newest version without it breaking the site and any tips on how to make Stripe work properly with the SCA so we don’t keep getting failed payments.
Hello, how do you manage tourist taxes (TT)? I installed the new version and set the prices per appartment per person. We have different TT for adults and children and the price is fixed per day not %. I don’t want to set the prices per appartment with included TT, because we are then more expensive than other hotels. I’d like to set it up in additional fee section, but I can not add TT only to certain guest classes.

All works fine and the order is marked as completed (in the woocommerce order list). In the booking listings i see “Pending”. Do I have to change it manually? In Hotel Booking -> Settings I have “Booking confirmation” set to “Automatic”.

Yes you can create as many custom guest classes as you want.
So for example on the demo website in the booking form it has the guest classes “Adult” and “Child”.
You can create a guest class named “Pet”, and this will display in the same way the “Adult” and “Child” guest classes do.
And you can set separate pricing for the “Pets” guest class.
Note you can also remove existing guest classes, so if you don’t need “Adult” or “Child” these can be deleted.
