If you mean to show a mix of images/videos in a slideshow with navigation of your choice then its better to use our bundled Layer Slider / Slider Revolution for this. As for our prebuilt websites/demos, you can pick anyone that fits your color scheme/design choices as all elements/theme features can be used with all demos we offer without any restrictions.

what is the latest version of Avada Builder Plugin? I uninstalled and deleted the plugin, but when I install the plugin again it always installs version 3.6.1. I did a scan on my site and it reports a vulnerability in this version. Fusion Builder < 3.6.2 – Unauthenticated SSRF
However it is not possible to update by the Dasboard of the theme. As stated above, I already deleted the plugin and installed it again and it only stays in this version 3.6.1.

The latest version is actually 3.7.1 and this simply means that you are on an older version of theme, please update towards our latest version that is 7.7.1 for Avada.
If you are not seeing the update notification, please make sure of two things.
1. Your site is registered with a valid purchase code.
2. Please make sure you have a default WP 2022 theme installed ( not active )

Very strange, because my license was active, and it didn’t show that there were any updates.
I even removed the theme license, added it again and it didn’t show up.
I had to do the update manually, it seems to be a BUG of this version of mine, because I found that there were other people with the same problem.

We are unable to replicate a similar issue at our end. Please do make a check if you are able to access ThemeFusion servers by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Status.

I’m having a real problem registering my purchase code… on my site the error is “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.”. However, when I go to my account and check the Registered Purchase Code page there are no domains registered…. if I try to add my purchase code it responds with “Purchase code is already in use.”

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3tqLfee

Thanks for your reply, However, There are no domains registered on my account page…. so therefore am unable to unregister anything.
If I try to add my purchase code it states “Purchase code is already in use”.
Also, I don’t understand why I have to pay to raise a support ticket to fix a problem with your system. My website was registered and working fine before your update

Hi, I was using Open Sans Condensed in my global heading settings and I just updated to the latest version. Now all my heading settings are using Open Sans and I can’t select Open Sans Condensed. Did a search through google fonts and Open Sans Condensed is no longer available? Perhaps the Avada team can come up with a notification when this happens after an update in the future so users don’t think it’s a glitch in the update process? Another option might be to have a width setting in global headings for variable google fonts?. This would have allowed me to use Open Sans still and make it look like Open Sans Condensed.

I’m afraid Google has removed that font from their fonts API. We as theme developers have no control over what fonts are offered/removed from there.
You can always download a copy of that font and if its licensing terms allow, can upload it as a custom font in our Avada options.

hello, what happens is that I install the theme and activate the key in a domain, but finally we don’t use the template on this page, now that we want to use the template on another page it won’t let me use it. How do I unlink the activation code on the page where we initially activated it so we can use it where we want?

is this theme compatible with Firefox? I notice the spacing between my button elements were off a little.. but safari and chrome, my finished avada website looks good on those browsers

Hi, is version 7.7.1 of Avada compatible with Wordpress 6.0 yet? I see the question was asked 2 weeks ago, but there’s been no update to that question in this comment section, and there’s no comment on the Avada page on Envato saying that it is compatible. I have 18 sites running Avada theme, can you advise if it’s ok to upgrade to WP 6.0 yet?

The Avada plugins can be downloaded from your support account. You can download it from your Avada support account at https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/. (in the plugins tab). This would be needed only if you want to do an update via FTP. A registered theme can be updated via the WP-admin area. In either case, do ensure you have backups

Catalog mode, I mean – delete everywhere: price, add to cart. The price and add to cart can be deleted in the single product template. but how to remove add to cart on the main page of the store? In other themes, this is done very simply – turn on the catalog mode and that’s it.

Yes, you can mix and match the elements from different demos, however you can not expect them to look exactly similar depending on the way the element was designed, for example if the demo (prebuilt site) is using global options, you can not have two sets of global options, but all the elements of every demo can be obtained as they are all made using Avada
