Hey guys, i think i just found a bug (latest version) take a look here -> https://imgur.com/a/0SuQZuO i’ve set the Header once in the background in the order: IMAGE / MENU / SOCIALS / SEARCH, hit Save, everything was fine, i’ve refreshed it, and the tabs dissapeared, i’ve set again IMAGE thinking i need to do it again, i’ve put the logo once again, it shows on main page, like the rest of the info but in the back it’s still empty. Any ideeas for this behaviour ? (fresh install)

We didn’t get such kind of unexpected case in our testing environment. So, we highly recommend you check the issue by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party and caching plugins as well

There’s no need for a ticket anymore, had to reinstall the theme all together, i’ve deactivated all 3rd party extensions, problem was still there, had to reinstall the theme + theme child to “fix” it. Weird.

Hi. I changed the logo on the website and suddenly the full background fill color of the header disappeared and no matter what I do, it won’t display. If I change the header background fill to “container” the color displays, but not when I set it to “full”. Please advise as I don’t think renewing support for this issue is necessary. TIA.

The theme is compatible with the Woocommerce default plugin. Unfortunately, we didn’t test any Woocommerce Multivendor plugins with our themes and we don’t have experience in using such plugins. Therefore, we can’t provide you with any suggestions and details about the plugin compatibility.

Whenever I try to up upgrade to the latest version of Pearl, I get this message: “An error occurred while updating Pearl: Update package not available.” The same problem exists for WPBakery. When a new version is available, Pearl does not allow me to upgrade.

Hi, I have purchased the theme and enjoyed it. Now my support has expired and I see that all the features are also gone! What does this mean I have to renew the support for me to have all the feature again? If thats the case then this sounds like a subscription which should be highlighted right in the beginning when buying the theme.

Support license is linked to the Envato website only. It has no control over the theme source code and functionality.
If you are experiencing problems, that isn’t definitely due to your support license.
Please try to deactivate all the 3rd-party plugins and check the features once again.

The theme has no control over the outgoing emails by default. The Contact Form 7 uses the native wp_mail() function of WordPress. Please make sure that the function is enabled on your server.
