You can do this only by using custom blocks, plugins, queries but not via regular archive pagination. This was reported to Wordpress team

Currently, I don’t know what connection you expect between TOC and Rankmath. They are not connected and don’t depend on each other

-TOC issue on Rehub with Rankmath –

Rankmath shows the point depending on how good for SEO the post is written.
And Rankmath is aware if TOC is placed in the post, because whether or not TOC is in the post, it is the another aspect to consider for SEO.
That’s why I used to place TOC always in the place and check the point from Rankmath on other website (The another theme)

Because TOC (Color Heading) on the post layout (Gutenberg Auto Contents) does not work at all with non-Latin language.

I already explained. It works with all languages if your hosting has actual php libraries and extensions to work with text. We can’t affect what is installed on hosting.

Gutenberg auto layout’s TOC is not part of content, of course, it can’t be detected by Rank math, because it’s not existed in content of page. If it’s critical for you, use other post layouts and place TOC block inside content
