Hello, without seeing your site I can’t be sure, however I guess you can’t see the images you want to view with a different aspect ratio than the original, while you can see the ones with the original ratio. It means, in this case, that the problem is coming directly from the server: your WordPress installation is not able to create thumbnails of most of the images. Please check carefully this article and test on your installation: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213459729 Basically your server is missing the libraries that WordPress needs to manipulate images.

Hi guys! I am struggling with the padding on web vs mobile. I want full width on my homepage, and that seems to work out perfectly on mobile too. but when I want to add extra padding for pages wit lots of text like blogs or the about page, the mobile version text gets very narrow. Any way to best solve this?

could you share with us some links of your website to better understand what you want to try to achieve? It would be very helpful. If I understand you correctly you are describing the normal behavior of Uncode (here are some full width pages e.g. https://undsgn.com/uncode/pages/about-wide/ or https://undsgn.com/uncode/pages/services-wide/) so on mobile there is always equal padding and no other options available.

Hi there, thanks so much for your reply. On this page it works fine on both web and mobile: https://www.merelnolet.nl/ but on 2 other pages I want more padding on web than on mobile.
Eg: https://www.merelnolet.nl/over-mij/ Here I chose to add custom padding left & right so I like how it looks on web, but on mobile it is too narrow.
And here the opposite is happening: https://www.merelnolet.nl/2022/06/18/waarom-ik-naar-het-boerenland-vertrek/ I chose to not add extra custom padding because of the readability on mobile, but I would like to have more padding left & right of the blog text on web.
But if I understand you correctly, this is not possible?
Or would it be a possibility to set the standard theme settings to limited width so mobile width is responsive (I suppose) and then somehow overwrite those settings to fuller width for only the homepage?
Actually, I probably misunderstood. Let me try to clarify: this page https://www.merelnolet.nl/over-mij/ is too narrow on mobile because you have padding applied to both the row https://undsgn.d.pr/KZMLiv and the column https://undsgn.d.pr/HUdFxQ Perhaps you could remove the padding and rather use the max width https://undsgn.d.pr/HUdFxQ (the value is purely indicative). That way you would see the column narrow on desktop but regular on mobile.
As for posts (as in this case https://www.merelnolet.nl/2022/06/18/waarom-ik-naar-het-boerenland-vertrek/) you can decide to intervene in their appearance using dynamic forms and a Content Block https://undsgn.d.pr/CY6bBA Through WP Bakery Page Builder you can decide the side padding within the Content Block (more info here: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011223818).

Hello, I have a presales question. I love the slides scroll option. I’m wondering if I could have a video playing in the background of each of the page sections when you scroll? So you go onto the page and a video is playing. And then you scroll down another one and there’s another video playing and so on and so forth. Is that possible? Thanks so much for your help.

With the latest uncode updates, I can’t use gutenberg anymore. When I’m on pages built with wpbakery and click on gutenberg editor. It just reloads the page. Please help

In the meantime, however, you can check for errors in console: in Chrome’s console settings check “Preserve log” https://undsgn.d.pr/5RcWg3 so you’ll see page errors even after it has reloaded. PS: sorry I see you said you already tried it. So there’s nothing more to suggest than to do a thorough debug to see why your installation seems to be the only one affected by this problem.

Hi, I have a problem. When I turn the cache plugin (Breeze) on and add any product to the cart, the minicart quantity badge which shows number of products added to the cart is cached. And then when I visit the same product page on another device, it immediately shows the quantity number from the first device and only after 2 or 3 seconds it gets refreshed so the wrong number disappears. Is there a way to exclude this quantity badge from beeing cached?
Hi michalcica! This happens because the plugin caches the result. I specifically have no idea how this plugin handles this, but for example WPRocket does it automatically.
