Do your theme support the option for Extra Services where I can book a service not based on the total booking days.
For Example, we have guide, rental car service, and lets say the tourist comes for stay for 5 days but they need guide ( extra service ) for 2 days and rental car for 3 days. If yes, can you provide a bit details for the flow. Your early reply will be highly appreciated. Mudassir

Hi, does this allow to create backend bookings for admins? Is it possible for a customer to track or cancel a booking?

This does not allow to create a reservation on back-end. You can monitor all bookings through booking table list. Customer can see their booking in Payment Compeleted page or print the booking information after making a reservation.

1. I can’t see any image and Video Gallery into your theme. Does it have? 2. Does it support have and support Dynamic Elementor elements for different post types? Like – Accommodations, Accommodations Types, Amenities, etc. 3. Is there any backend demo? I would like to see Accommodation system. 4. You’re 1 year of service in ThemeForest. May I expect a constant support for around next 5-6 years as It’s seems many authors leave the theme abandoned.

1. Yes, after you import the demos as guided in https://uxper.gitbook.io/nuss/installation, you can see the images.
2. We built the room, booking as Post Types. It has Amenities as taxonomy.
3. We do not have account to check the backend/wp-admin site.
4. Yes, we are a team with dedicated developers and designers. We would love to continue providing the themes for long time.

1. You can choose to display any currency. but the NUSS theme can only have one currency at a time.
2. In Admin Dashboard (wp-admin), there is a reservation section that will show the calendar, booking and other information.
3. What do you mean by adding groups and packages?
4. This feature is not supported.

Pre-sale question. Does the booking includes price variation for the number of days.
Our Accommodations prices change if guest rent more than 2 nights. For example if a Guest books for 2 nights the room price is US$ 400/night but if he books 3 nights the price became US$ 350/night.
Can this be accomplished ? Thanks

1.- I want to sync my site to Airbnb so when someone book a day it will block on Airbnb automatically, is this possible with the theme?
2.-If someone books on Airbnb it will show is not available for booking on my site?

1, 2. Yes, it will do the blocking and will block the date when there is reservation or unavailability. But it does not automatically schedule the sync.
3. You can sync with Booking.com as well.

Yes, our booking system can connect to paypal. You can try Paypal sandbox on the Booking checkout of a room on our demos.
Besides, NUSS includes Woocommerce as well, so you can switch to use Woo to use payments that Woo supports.

You have to go to Room Page to process the booking. To navigate the Book Now button to go to that Room Page, you can find the setting in Customizer/Header/Button 1 (or 2), and tick the open another page and add the Room link.

Please add an options that we can add customer information booking that not coming from website booking.. sometime we got a booking from outsource and we need to added the details on room.. just now your theme only can blocked the date, but no information we can add.. my previous theme Sunway can add the details..and your room blocked i thin not immediately block, because it need around 5-10 minutes to make it update on calendar

For the booking details, you want to manually add the customer information? Because ical file from other source does not include this detail.
About the block, it will be apply as soon as you open the room you blocked on front-end.

Hi, yes. manually add the customer information if not booking from website or ical source.. we have a booking for next 6 month.. but i can only blocked the date, not add the customer information.. so i want easy job to manage in one place that i can add customer information first and blocked the date with the information..
