Please make sure to clear cache including dynamic cache on your server. I tested on my local installation however I cannot reproduce the issue. If clearing cache does not help, could you please start a thread on our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support and attach temporary admin and FTP logins in private content field so we can look into it?

Which version of Enfold and WordPress are you using? If you are not using the latest version of the theme, please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the version 5.0.

I’ve managed to solve this by merging content of header and footer from parent theme to header and footer in child theme. However, I have a new problem. After disabling the socket in theme options (Display only the footer widgets (no socket), the socket is still visible on some pages. I’ve tried with custom css #socket { display: none !important; } but didn’t work.

I replied to your other comment below. If you have modified footer.php file on your child theme, please try switching to parent theme temporarily and check if that helps too

We have not added store/shop page to one page portfolio demo however you can still install WooCommerce and use all e-commerce features You can go to Plugin Additions tab of Advanced Layout Builder to add WooCommerce elements to your products/pages.

We have tested Enfold with WP 6.0 beta versions and with stable version however we have not had any issues.

A user reported that their footer widgets were reverted to default ones which was later fixed by simply saving widget areas however we could not reproduce that issue either
