I have a big problem with the Avada Builder at mobile devices (my android tablet) – the edit items at the page creat section is not working anymore. When I click at the edit/modify buttons of the Avada Builder, nothing happens.

When I do the same at my laptop, no issue at all. Only at my mobile device the issue – I was always working at my tablet with it – but now not able to work anymore. I had not used it since about 1 year, had no time.

And I know my support has expired – I cannot ask about that Avada problem there. It seems that due to your Avada 7 changes anything happened

What I must do that it works again at mobile?

Everything is working at my WordPress site, exception the Avada Builder & the buttons Example 1/1 to change to 1/2 as well add itmes – everything I have tried all settings at my mobile device, nothing helps

Hello, there is an error in element “Woo Featured Products Slider”. Never display the “Sale Badge” label. In other elements work fine. It also doesn’t work if you check “Title on rollover”.

How is it fixed?

I understand that, that is why I mentioned it working without any issues on Woo Product Carousel, however Foo Featured Image Slider is a different element, secondly we are going to merge the Woo Product Carousel and Featured Element Slider in future aswell so you will be able to get the functionality of both in same element :)

Hello, i’m building a website for a client and we’ve decided it best to add the shop and the services sections as separate installations in different directories but on the same domain. www.example.com (shop) / www.example.com/bespoke/ (bespoke services). Question is; Will I need 2 licenses?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Quick question on the menu.
My client has pages names that are 3+ words.
How can I make the menu so the words wrap, so the first word will be in line 1, and the other 2 words will drop to a second line.

Does this theme support Wordpress 6.0? Specifically if the theme would work fine with the native Wordpress 6.0 blocks.

Hello, Very nice them that i use for 4 years now !

I am currently having a problem with the navigation of my site. Indeed, I would like it to be divided into 3 blocks: - the logo (on the left) - the navigation (on the left) - the Login & Free Trial button (on the right)

Putting a margin on the contact element causes a line break on many screens, and calling 2 different menus causes the same problem.

Hi my licence is saying locked contact you? I can’t send a ticket as my support has run out. I’ve moved Domains and had issues with my local install what has required me to install it a few times, but this has happened throughout my support period, very strange why it’s now locking the licence now my support has ended! Can you tell me why?

The only way a single purchase code can be locked is if the single purchase code is used to register multiple top-level domains and it has nothing to do with whether your support is active or not.

Yes and as I explained I’ve tested this on different servers and had issues with the local install where iv had to keep re registering the theme, however the theme has only ever been on one domain at a time as it won’t let you register it unless you de-register it on the theme fusion website. It may not have anything to do with whether you have support or not but it seems funny that it gets locked just after it runs out. Moving on now I know about your staging policy and strict domains rules, can i get it unlocked so i can register it on a domain??

Hi, we are experiencing an issue where Google is saying that our website is not mobile friendly. Please see test below:

It becomes mobile friendly when disabling the header or changing the theme to a 2022. We have also tried the different headers types and disabling the header elements and adjusting the global options and still no change.

Please can you assist and advise what the issue could be?

Hello I am using translatepress plugin to translate the theme to Arabic ( RTL) and there are some blocks need t fix ( left to right ), i can see the rtl.min.css and i tried to edit this file to add some custom css to fix this issue but it doesn’t work please advice . .thank you
