if you wanna change the search field placeholder there is nothing to do.. really nothing to do!!.....

You can specify a custom place holder using the place holder field in the search element. For the default search field in other, you can add a translation for the ‘Search’ word via the translation file.

Hi, I am trying to update FileBird but I am getting the error:

An error occurred while updating FileBird: Update package not available.

Any ideas?

The FileBird update is showing up in the WordPress updates. Slider Revolution has an update available also but it says “Go Premium and doesn’t show up in the WordPress updates. It would be nice if FileBird did the same. Is this planned?

Please do ensure you are updating the plugin by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Plugins and not the regular plugins section. If you do see an impending update showing for a plugin then it will be released in the Avada plugins area shortly

Hi, I installed Avada latest version and Downloaded Classic Demo. In Avada -> Options I have enables Sticky Header enabled for all devices. But in the front-end header does not stick on scroll. How can I make sticky header?

The Avada Classic demo actually uses a global header layout so you need to be setting this up from the Layout container itself, if however the issue persists please open a support ticket and our team will check this out further.

For that you can toggle the “Position Sticky” setting under any container settings there > Extras tab in layout sections. Once enabled, you will get a new “Element Sticky Visibility” option under the child columns’ settings > General tab.

I’m getting the following error for a website I’m trying to really use this theme: “The purchase code has been registered too many times. Please contact ThemeFusion to resolve.”

The non-sense aspect in this error prompt is that I’ve been using the purchase code on the very same domain. It even yielded errors when I changed www. to non-www.

You need to resolve the problems associated with your own code. This theme seems to have issues with PHP versions above 7.4 and you advertise it as PHP 8.X.X compatible, which should be a shame on your side with all those sales records. While you mention on your Requirements page this is PHP 8 compatible, it’s obvious that you haven’t tested this thoroughly for at least PHP 8.X or 8.X.X or above.

Please also carefully note that PHP 8 does not equal to PHP 8.X.X or higher.

You’ve wasted my precious time. Go check from your own logs!

There are 4 things to note:

(1) You can log into your support account, navigate to the “Purchase Code” tab, and manage the sub-domains/domains there. If you have not already done so, please register a support account as explained here > https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/support/how-to-register-for-avada-support/

Also, have a read through the Avada Registration Q & A – https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/support/avada-registration-q-and-a/

(2) Avada is 100% compatible with PHP 8+ and in line with WordPress requirements, and is thoroughly tested.

(3) For this error > (PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT) that is related to the server configuration. Make sure that the cURL extension for PHP is installed and activated on the server as it is not related to WordPress, Avada, or plugins.

If cURL is installed and activated, then please make sure that the following PHP Functions are also activated.

- curl_exec() - curl_multi_exec()

(4) – Read the error message provided > “The update procedure could not delete the plugin due to a permissions issue on your server.” – that shows that this is server related and has nothing to do with WordPress et al.

I have a big problem with the Avada Builder at mobile devices (my android tablet) – the edit items at the page creat section is not working anymore. When I click at the edit/modify buttons of the Avada Builder, nothing happens.

When I do the same at my laptop, no issue at all. Only at my mobile device the issue – I was always working at my tablet with it – but now not able to work anymore. I had not used it since about 1 year, had no time.

And I know my support has expired – I cannot ask about that Avada problem there. It seems that due to your Avada 7 changes anything happened

What I must do that it works again at mobile?

Everything is working at my WordPress site, exception the Avada Builder & the buttons Example 1/1 to change to 1/2 as well add itmes – everything I have tried all settings at my mobile device, nothing helps

Hello, there is an error in element “Woo Featured Products Slider”. Never display the “Sale Badge” label. In other elements work fine. It also doesn’t work if you check “Title on rollover”.

How is it fixed?

I understand that, that is why I mentioned it working without any issues on Woo Product Carousel, however Foo Featured Image Slider is a different element, secondly we are going to merge the Woo Product Carousel and Featured Element Slider in future aswell so you will be able to get the functionality of both in same element :)

Hello, i’m building a website for a client and we’ve decided it best to add the shop and the services sections as separate installations in different directories but on the same domain. www.example.com (shop) / www.example.com/bespoke/ (bespoke services). Question is; Will I need 2 licenses?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Does this theme support Wordpress 6.0? Specifically if the theme would work fine with the native Wordpress 6.0 blocks.

Hello, Very nice them that i use for 4 years now !

I am currently having a problem with the navigation of my site. Indeed, I would like it to be divided into 3 blocks: - the logo (on the left) - the navigation (on the left) - the Login & Free Trial button (on the right)

Putting a margin on the contact element causes a line break on many screens, and calling 2 different menus causes the same problem.
