It depends on what you are referring to. So please give us more details and the exact things you want to hide.
There is no email when a reserve price is meet because this is not the point when the customer would be able to purchase the product. The auction time should end and only then if that bid is winning, he will win the auction.
Sellers are free to choose the time when the auction will start (there is no limitation on this) – if you want some functions to be extended you can send your project brief to our custom development team and we will estimate the tasks for you https://modeltheme.com/theme-customization

Hi, I’ve been playing around with the theme for months and this is my conclusion: the only auction plugin which works is Dokan. The other so-called compatible plugins all need pro versions (so paying a serious amount of money for). Am I correct?

In our opinion, if we are talking about their free variants, WCFM is the most complete one.

1. Yes, you can have the normal bidding mode disabled (tutorial: https://modeltheme.com/knowledgebase/disable-normal-reverse-bidding-on-ibid/ ) You can disable one bidding mode or both of them/ We only recommend you to disable max 1.
2. Yes! It is 100% compatible with Dokan and optimized to run with it.
3. Yes it is.
4. The theme comes bundled with the WooCommerce Simple Auctions plugin. But you can also use the YITH auction plugin (not included in the theme)
5. Yes! We do recommend these: WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter or Advanced AJAX Product Filters for WooCommerce
Most probably it will work smoothly with any other plugin but so far we have tested it with these and we are happy with the results.
6. Any translation plugin is compatible (WPML – recommended, Polylang, Loco translate).

I am interested in the theme of freelancer or any other and I would like to know if the vendor (in my case a person requesting service or good) can make the payment to the buyer (in my case bidder). I want to make an auctions website where people can post what services or goods they are looking for and to receive offers/bids for them. For example: I am looking for a designer and the lowest bid is the winner because is the best offer for me. Once my action is ended and I accept the lowest bid, I have to make the payment to the bidder. Once the payment is confirmed, the bidder can start to work at my project.

Everything is already as you explained in the workflow with one exception: I have to make the payment to the bidder. Because on default auctions bidders will pay for the auction, in this situation, how do you expect to pay the bidder for the service? Via an external service? (maybe Paypal)

Thank you for the answer! I am not sure how can be payd the bidder and for this reason I open this topic. But in this situation is the freelancer theme. Someone needs a service or good (this is the employer/vendor) and the freelancer bids reverse on that project. At the end of the auction, how can the bidder (freelancer/buyer) receive the money for the service he provides? By free agreement between employer and freelancer?
Also, if the payment situatuion mentioned above is not possible to be made through the woocomerce (because as I know, the payment is set to be made by buyer (freelancer) to vendor (employer)), it is there possible to set a percent from auction? For example: when the auction is ended, the website will take 50% commision from auction (from the total amount bid). Sorry for so many question but I try to understand how works the theme/plugins in order to know if it meets my needs.

These two solutions are for different situations and for different purposes.
1. Use Cron Jobs for:
- If you have some active auctions, and want them to relist automatically after X hours and be active for X number of hours. You don’t have to take our cron jobs service if you can do it on your own (simple tutorial on how to set them up here: https://bit.ly/3yp8xnN )
2. Auction Lots:

3. Regarding your 503 server temporary error -> this is a server error (most probably low hosting/server resources).

Guys, what’s going on? I don’t have Appearance -> Install plugins -> Install and activate the plugin in my theme. So I don’t have the other auction plugins either. I don’t even have the option to install Elementor, because it’s not in the theme. I downloaded and installed the latest version from Themeforest. What is this?
I found the problem: as soon as I activate the ModelTheme Framework plugin, the option to change the font sizes disappears. So you have a major problem with your plugin.
There also is NO way to change the overall font size of the body

Come on guys, this theme is full of bugs, starting with the demo import. Not all plugins are being imported/installed. I wanted to install a theme for Elementor, but Elementor is not even included in the download. Auction plugins either. The previous version had it all, but I can’t download it anymore. If you can’t be serious about your customers complaints, please tell us, but don’t keep us waiting for days before taking any action.
OK, started again (5th time) from scratch, now my license code isn’t working anymore ….. I GIVE UP !!!!!
So I have the SAME PROBLEM as owhen who asked several times why this licence can’t be activated after being deactived. I only have 1 license and I’m using it on 1 domain. SIMPLE!! Since I have been re-installing the theme for several times, it’s normal that I’m activating the license also several times. So now this option is blocked because you assume that I’m abusing it. This is really IDIOT. Now I have to wait again for days to get a reply on this to help me out. If I have to wait any longer to get any support, I’m going to rate this theme with a big fat 0.

Update on your negative comments:
1. First of all, you don’t need to reinstall a theme every single time when you have a problem. You should see what is the problem and try to fix it *(via support) or check the KB section or the comments. Reinstalling the theme is not a solution (never).
2. “now my license code isn’t working anymore” -> The system has flagged the thing that you are over installing the theme. We’ve reset the limit and you should be able to activate the license.
3. We’ve seen that your support has expired and I just want to be sure that this frustration is not just because you are not allowed in the help center. You can always renew your license to access the support center.
Note: Even if your support is expired we always help customers with reported bugs via our email (we didn’t ask to renew) so please don’t get frustrated just because we are still looking to provide you help.
4. Elementor is FREE to install and use the plugin. We don’t suggest it be installed because not many customers are using it (in fact the WPbakery is more likely to be used) and because we’ve recommended it for installation, many people got confused with 2-page builders installed. I think you should understand this as it is clear enough (It is not something you cannot get access to).
5. “this theme is full of bugs, starting with the demo import” -> This could be caused by the hosting (slow/bad configuration) so we need to look into it.

The problem with the activation code is NOT solved, I still cannot activate my theme.
1. Make sure to have all the things updated (WordPress, the theme, and all the plugins + ModelTheme Framework especially).
2. If you still can’t activate it please drop us the credentials for admin via email (NOT here). On our end it looks like the license is active on this domain: https://www.city-art.shop Do you want to activate it on another domain? If not, is it disabled on this domain?
3. Regarding this: “I also do NOT have plugins WCFM, WCMp, and WCVendors in the theme.” RE: These are free plugins bundled from WordPress.org (we cannot put their archives in the package because when you install the theme you get this notice to install/activate them: https://i.imgur.com/JJTGTYh.png and the installer help you choose what to install.
Everything is updated, even the Framework. I already dropped my credentials 5 days ago because of problems with the font sizes not being able to adjust. I don’t want to use the license on another domain, it’s just that 1 domain you’re mentioning. If I de-activate the ModelthemeFramework plugin, the font sizes can be adjusted, if I activate the plugin again, the bug is there again. There is simply no option to adjust the body font size for the overall website. So PLEASE look into those problems, they are real and existing.

1. We got no requests so far, but we might take this into consideration for future updates.
2. If the YITH Multivendor has no frontend dashboard, then if you need a frontend dashboard for your vendors, you can choose their other plugin (manager). Since you will be using their plugins you have to keep the other marketplace plugins(dokan, WCFM) disabled and that’s why you will need a frontend dashboard.
Note: The theme might be compatible with the YITH plugin since we already did the YITH Auction compatibility.

I havee opend a ticket #3046621 for the past the 3 days and no response, everything I can’t import demo content and today is Friday. The ibid theme is slowing down the admin dashboard. It takes 5 seconds to load whenever I go to a different page at the backend. I tried to deactivate the theme and the loading speed become normal. So I am pretty sure that the theme is slowing down the backend. Any solution?
