I’ve installed the theme. Installed most of the plugins. But the only plugin that cannot install / upload is the ‘Rehub Frontend publishing pro. Its showing as inactive. I’ve tried to upload / import it on WP- however it fails to upload each time. I contacted WP support. They state to contact the author.

this is not possible in gutenberg because it has no widget area block. So, you need to make full width slider, then, use 2/3+1/3 row (or similar) and add widgets as blocks in 1/3 column.
