Hi, we purchased extended support but the support website still says support is expired but envato forest says it’s active. How do w resolve this?

Hello. No matter how much I adjust the hamburger menu by adding padding, adjusting margins, or changing the width, it does not update on the mobile site. On mobile, it stays stuck to the very far right and this does not look very appealing. I have been able to update imagery and colors so not sure why I can’t reposition the menu. Please help thanks.

How do we change the margin size of elements. We use elementor and every time we add new text, title sections the spacing is very close and we have to manually adjust the margin size between everything we add ?

How do we set this site wide, so we don’t have to manually adjust margin every time we add elements?

Hello, we downloaded your theme from Envato elements today. However, in the plugins, OT One Click Demo Content, and OT Portfolio aren’t included. Is there anywhere else I can download those two plugins? Thank you!

I am using your (great) theme and i have a small problem. When the page is loading, the header have a big size (button, etc…) and at the end the size becomes normal… I think there is an animation somewhere but i can deactivate it, have you an idea ?

Hello, I installed the Engitech template on my hosting.

The hosting automatically installs the latest version and I currently have WP 6.0

After installing the template and uploading sample data, I see errors.

Ps. the domain is only temporary I installed on php 8.1.5 but despite the change to 7.4 there is also a problem.

I don’t know anything about coding, so please let me know what’s wrong. Is the fault on the side of WP 6.0, template or hosting.

Great theme but I have two small bugs which I’m struggling to rectify. On page load, the SVG images contained in the header are very large momentarily.

Also, some of the demo content colour show momentarily on page load. Is there a way to strip theses out?
