The PSD templates are only available for our older classic prebuilt website, since Avada has changed since that time a lot, all of our recent demos are not built directly using the Avada Builder and our set of global options so no PSD templates are actually available for those.

That response shows the sender (you) is failing the SPF policy check, meaning our server is indeed rejecting it from your server due to failing the SPF check.
You may want to check your SPF record under your DNS settings, if you are using Gsuite for emails I think you need to add “aspmx.l.google.com” and “_spf.google.com” as an authorised sender from you domain, I checked and neither of these are currently present under your SPF.
If you have had previous instances of people not receiving emails when you send from Gsuite AND who have SPF failure rejection enabled on their receiving server, this is likely the reason

For for any bundled premium plugin – you don’t need to register it separately. You will be able to install it / update it from WP dashboard -> Avada -> Plugins page. Premium plugins can have some features locked out that require purchasing the plugin separately (which is optional) but the core functionality will work without buying a license for such plugins.
As with any bundled plugin, they do not come with a purchase code. If you need the premium slider templates then a purchase of that plugin is required.

enabling critical CSS was causing missing logos, images, sliders and share this post shortcode on posts. Only on mobile devices, not desktops. Once it was turned off everything worked fine. You guys should look into that.

Do I have to renew support by all means for my problem to be solved? It is same price as for new purchase. I purchased the license for use in single product. I have deleted previous website and trying to activate avada theme on new installation but it’s giving me this error. “The purchase code is already being used on another domain” Furthermore my support is expired and it’s asking me to pay $49 to renew my support. Is there no way you can help me without purchasing support ?

The FileBird update is showing up in the WordPress updates. Slider Revolution has an update available also but it says “Go Premium and doesn’t show up in the WordPress updates. It would be nice if FileBird did the same. Is this planned?

Hi, I installed Avada latest version and Downloaded Classic Demo. In Avada -> Options I have enables Sticky Header enabled for all devices. But in the front-end header does not stick on scroll. How can I make sticky header?

For that you can toggle the “Position Sticky” setting under any container settings there > Extras tab in layout sections. Once enabled, you will get a new “Element Sticky Visibility” option under the child columns’ settings > General tab.

I’m getting the following error for a website I’m trying to really use this theme: “The purchase code has been registered too many times. Please contact ThemeFusion to resolve.”
The non-sense aspect in this error prompt is that I’ve been using the purchase code on the very same domain. It even yielded errors when I changed www. to non-www.
You need to resolve the problems associated with your own code. This theme seems to have issues with PHP versions above 7.4 and you advertise it as PHP 8.X.X compatible, which should be a shame on your side with all those sales records. While you mention on your Requirements page this is PHP 8 compatible, it’s obvious that you haven’t tested this thoroughly for at least PHP 8.X or 8.X.X or above.
Please also carefully note that PHP 8 does not equal to PHP 8.X.X or higher.
You’ve wasted my precious time. Go check from your own logs!
Please be careful and stop wasting people’s times.

(2) Avada is 100% compatible with PHP 8+ and in line with WordPress requirements, and is thoroughly tested.
(3) For this error > (PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT) that is related to the server configuration. Make sure that the cURL extension for PHP is installed and activated on the server as it is not related to WordPress, Avada, or plugins.
If cURL is installed and activated, then please make sure that the following PHP Functions are also activated.
- curl_exec() - curl_multi_exec()
(4) – Read the error message provided > “The update procedure could not delete the plugin due to a permissions issue on your server.” – that shows that this is server related and has nothing to do with WordPress et al.
