Does it integrate nicely with ECwid instead of woocommerce?

Currently Avada has full compatibility with WooCommerce. We have not tested it with ECwid to guarantee compatibility. Also, we have quite some features added in the theme with WooCommerce in mind. These would not be available with ECwid.

Hi there, we are using the LearnDash software with this theme. We are noticing that the theme is creating an issue with the video progression of the LearnDash course. We’ve tested it on the 2022 wordpress theme and works fine, but when we just the Avada theme it doesn’t work correctly. We’ve also tested individual plugins to see if any of those were the issues but still led us to the theme. Can you provide an update/patch for this please or let me know of another solution? Hi LiteSpeed Cache plugin Are there any settings that will cache Avada Layouts, seems to work for 24hrs, and then it goes all messed up until we purge all?

Each cache plugins settings will require some level of manual fiddling around for optimal results. What settings work best will vary from one site / installation to the other so we don’t have a single recommend settings for this. You can experiment with the cache plugin’s configuration by disabling different features to see which one is causing the issue for you.

Hey guys. Just installed the “accountant theme” and got the following issues :
Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://mydomain.tld/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure font ‘http://mydomain.tld/wp-content/uploads/fusion-gfonts/xn7gYHE41ni1AdIRggqxSuXd.woff2'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Is it possible to create a map (such as a Google map) with multiple dots that can link to pages? Explained in more depth: I want to create home listings on a map of the world where you can search by address and I want to be able to link each home listing on that map to a page on my website.

The PSD templates are only available for our older classic prebuilt website, since Avada has changed since that time a lot, all of our recent demos are not built directly using the Avada Builder and our set of global options so no PSD templates are actually available for those.

Hello,
That response shows the sender (you) is failing the SPF policy check, meaning our server is indeed rejecting it from your server due to failing the SPF check.
You may want to check your SPF record under your DNS settings, if you are using Gsuite for emails I think you need to add “aspmx.l.google.com” and “_spf.google.com” as an authorised sender from you domain, I checked and neither of these are currently present under your SPF.
If you have had previous instances of people not receiving emails when you send from Gsuite AND who have SPF failure rejection enabled on their receiving server, this is likely the reason
Any update on this? We’re unable to use the support we paid for due to your SPF records not being properly configured, lol.

How do I get the Slider Revolution that comes with Avada to register as Premium so that we can use their pre-made slider templates?

For for any bundled premium plugin – you don’t need to register it separately. You will be able to install it / update it from WP dashboard -> Avada -> Plugins page. Premium plugins can have some features locked out that require purchasing the plugin separately (which is optional) but the core functionality will work without buying a license for such plugins.
As with any bundled plugin, they do not come with a purchase code. If you need the premium slider templates then a purchase of that plugin is required.

enabling critical CSS was causing missing logos, images, sliders and share this post shortcode on posts. Only on mobile devices, not desktops. Once it was turned off everything worked fine. You guys should look into that.

Do I have to renew support by all means for my problem to be solved? It is same price as for new purchase. I purchased the license for use in single product. I have deleted previous website and trying to activate avada theme on new installation but it’s giving me this error. “The purchase code is already being used on another domain” Furthermore my support is expired and it’s asking me to pay $49 to renew my support. Is there no way you can help me without purchasing support ?
