I am trying to update my plugin but then getting this error instead https://softek.radiantthemes.com/plugins/radiantthemes-addons.zip

You’re using old version of the theme. You need to update theme and register the theme to download plugin.

I cannot find information to remove banner for this link address:https://softek.radiantthemes.com/portfolio/portfolio-details-one/ Can you please guide me how i can change the home banner showing for mentioned page.

We can we remove banner of feature image from portfolio page ?

Edit required pages in WordPress editor -> Scroll down a bit and see this option section https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Bf54Zb_oPOt5Dwm6MtNuR9Yv_RnKAvZM/view?usp=sharing . Select none to disable short banner.

PS: kindly note that your support for the theme had expired on 2022/12/14.

Your many Demo/LivePreview pages not work correctly, i tried to open it on different browsers and different ips but the problem is same. Please check and update it.

Maybe due to cloudlfare cache. Just cleared it and it seems pages are loading ok now.

To have decent speed

1) Use better hosting as mentioned in https://wordpress.org/hosting

2) Activate cloud flare – this will speed up your site 100% within 24 hrs.

3) Use cache plugin.

4) Check your image size. Keep image sizes within 700 KB.

5) Convert plain images to .webp

Please use the theme with Elementor free version as we have used our own header/footer builder which will not work with Pro version of header and footer builder. As you can see only Elementor is mentioned in Compatible with column so it’s recommended to stay within the version for which the theme is compatible.

Hi, we have the same issue as ajumobidavid below where the radiant theme plugins are experiencing issues… I have tried the suggestion at https://radiantthemes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042212354-Plugin-Update but after deactivating and deleting the plugins, then going to Appearance > Radiantthemes Install Plugins and clicking ACTIVATE next to the two plugins I deleted, it won’t reinstall them… the “ACTIVATE” button turns grey like the plugin has been activated, but if I go to plugins I can see the plugin has not been added… if I then go back to Radianthemes Install Plugins the button turns back to the blue “ACTIVATE” button

Thanks – I had to manually update the parent theme to the new version and then it worked in terms of updating the plugins too.

We don’t have any standalone page for pricing on our demo. You’ll get pricing section on https://softek.radiantthemes.com/services-02/ and https://softek.radiantthemes.com/services-03/ page so if you want to have any pricing page on your site, you may take the pricing section from those service pages and create a the pricing page with that section.

We haven’t shown any demo for processing subscription payment. If you want to link any price / cta section with subscription payment then you can manually add a link from your payment gateway or use a third party plugin which supports that.

It’s happening due to Elementor update. Downgrade php to 7.4 from hosting and then update theme and plugin from FTP.

hi, please there’s a major problem with “Radiantthemes Addons” plugin, after properly diagnosing my site cause it was broken, it happens that this plugin was causing the error on my site, as when deactivated my site works normally, except now the menu and other features are now missing. Please how do you fix this, cause I believe if I purchase a theme from you, I really shouldn’t have issues with a developed plugin from you, even if I use the plugin for years. I love this theme and I would really appreciate if there’s something you can help with in fixing the issue with this plugin to get my site back to shape.

This is the link https://radiantthemes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042212354-Plugin-Update . Just copy/paste if direct open doesn’t work. Just delete RadiantAddons plugin and reinstall it from Appearance -> Radiant Plugins section. That’s it.
