Hi there,
After updating to the latest version, the scrollbar has disappeared. Therefore, users cannot scroll down on any web page.
Rolling back to the old version solved the problem. We also disabled and updated all plugins, etc. but it didn’t solve the problem.
Perhaps this is something your team can look into.

There seems to be a bug with the Post Card Carousel – the navigation margin option doesn’t appear to work. I want to add some space between the Post Card content and the navigation arrows but nothing works. Also, the initial scroll is also odd as it scrolls the entire row before it settles down and moves as instructed i.e. I want one item at a time and not all 4 items in the column. Is this a known issue?

The Avada theme has been injected with some type of virus that keeps creating a user account in wordpress which is then logged in from singapore. I need to reinstall Avada because of this. Can I just install over top of the current install to overwrite the existing theme files? I’ve activated another theme and the problem goes away so it is not any plugins. It’s the avada theme.

We take security very seriously. We haven’t received any reports of this sort and the theme is being used by nearly a million users without any issues. The issue will likely be due to something else e.g. a compromised 3rd party plugin or WP / FTP account. For now, I’d recommend changing all WP + FTP + WP database passwords as well as disabling any WordPress accounts you do not recognize.

Is there a way to display an external site within a modal element without using an iframe?
