I have a site that was using a license and the site is no longer in existence can I use the license on another one of my sites?

With a single regular licence you can also install the theme on your test server (for testing purposes), but that version shouldn’t be available to the public.

Has anyone else had issues where the theme options/selections only work if cache is turned off? I’ve flushed it fully multiple times (command line and dashboard) but as soon as its activated the theme menu link remains but any links don’t open the config. Magento ver. 2.4.3-p1

Is there some known issue with the customers requesting a password reset? I’ve had a complaint that a customer cant reset their own password. I’ve since tried it on mobile and desktop versions and BOTH glitch.

Both versions allow me to trigger the email link. The email link arrives. When clicking on the link, I get a message stating that if there is an account associated then it will be sent a link – which is a bit odd as I came to the page AFTER clicking the link. The Issue is that when I enter the password and then correctly confirm it, I then get an error saying that ‘email is required’ and under it another error stating that the ‘password link has expired’

Is this some known issue with the theme?

Email is not included in the theme. Please try disabling the Porto theme and seeing how it works with your Magento Luma theme.

whats a point of buying the support licence when you dont reply to them!!!!

not happy with the service and wont recommended it.

It’s Sep 2 now, when will release new version?

When we upgraded the Theme version to 4.0.2, it broke the design of the Header and Footer and I also noticed that the ‘New Skin’ field and header settings is gone.

Hi I am testing migrating to magento 2.4.4 with php8.1 When I try to activate it shows me the following error and theme is not activated:

Hello. We have this theme installed however it displays different on iphone browsers. We have disabled the view of the comparison and cart icons on product images on catalog views but on iphone browsers this still displays. Also for some reason dark background is enabled on all iphone browsers but it displays with white background on all android and desktop browsers.

We have disabled dark mode in the iphone settings but it is still the case and the user experience on iphone isn’t working properly. For example when clicking an image in category view on iphone it does not link to the product page (only if you click the product name on category view will it link to the product page). But on android and desktop again this is not the case and clicking on the image will link to the product page.

Can you please assist. Also infinite scroll feature does not work and the customer has to click the ‘load more’ button on category pages to load more products. Would have thought that infinite scroll would mean that the products will load automatically when the user scrolls to the bottom of the category pages.

How do I increase the number of products displayed in the related product section. Currently it is limited to 2 products with navigation arrows to scroll for others. I would like to increase the number to 4. Also would like to remove the option to “check items to add to cart or select all”

The url not working right

Why do breadcrumbs on a product page not show the parent categories (only Home > product) when megamenu is enabled? Disabling megamenu makes it work fine. Is there a way to display the full breadcrumbs without disabling megamenu? I use megamenu to easily add non product items to the menu so dont really want to have to disable it

For us that use child themes and has to make a lot of changes for every upgrade, can you guys please MAKE it easier to see what code changes, or just make a simple package that JUST contains the files changed from last version?

Also Please also update MagePlaza and other modules as they also have fixed issues regarding Magento 2.4.4 that is important.
