I can’t put a Featured Image in my posts anymore. It used to work, but now the option is not there when I create a New Post. The “featured image/thumbnail” section it simply gone. How can I get it back?
Disable your plugins one by one. Also, maybe you disabled it in preferences (top right icon)

Which field do you add the video to show up on the featured image as you’ve show in this post:

You need to select video post layout first in right side area
I do have it selected as “Video Block.” The video shows but a thumbnail of the video also shows below the video. I don’t want that thumbnail showing.

If you don’t need video gallery, then use regular post layout, add video in content and disable featured image in right side area
I like the black top design in the Video post format. The example from your theme I linked does not have the thumbnails showing- how did you disable that? I want that exact design.
it shows gallery only if you added more then 1 video. Make sure that you also didn’t add empty links, spacing or broken urls in video field
Thank you- there was a line break after the video URL. Removing that fixed it.

I mean if I delete that Elementor shortcode from the Cameras category description, nothing changes. Is that shortcode doing anything on that page? All the other category pages have the same layout without that shortcode.
Shortcode adds additional content in category description. it doesn’t change layout

it’s because you use custom mega menu plugin which we can’t guarantee to work.
You can disable sticky option in theme options – header option or use regular mega menu of theme without any custom plugins. Especially in fact that you don’t have anything complex in menu

Thank you again for your reply, could you read and answer the following where applicable.
1. Yes you are right so I added some CSS and disabled the mega menu menu on mobile and it cleared it up but took away the rehub icons for wish-list and search.
2. I also looked at creating the mega menus through your theme but they weren’t coming out like your demo menus and I instead used max mega menu.
3. I’ll research on how to get a search icon on the mobile site.
4. Also I am buying another license so that will allow me to run your theme on 4 websites, am I correct?

I have imported the Redeal demo but everytime I click on submit a deal I get this error :

Hi, What CSS code can we use to reduce / change the font size for the following in WooCommerce? (1) title in brand page (2) title in single product detail page. Also, how do we make a custom header sticky? We created a custom header with Elementor but can’t get sticky header to work (1) in desktop and tablet, only menu (second row) is sticky and but header (first row) is not sticky (2) in mobile, search box and menu (hamburger icon) are in the same row but nothing is sticky. Hi, regarding the video block blog template. Unfortunately, the “description” in video schema is missing and Google Search Console gives me over 150 error messages because of that (since 2008).
I found the line of code in the template of in video_block.php, wp_strip_all_tags($post->post_excerpt) – it might explain the missing description, as I haven’t set an excerpt since 2012.
Can you please tell me how to change the line of code, so it uses post title + a custom meta field (_secondary_title) instead?
I tried and replaced “post_excerpt” with “get_the_title”, but it didn’t work out and there was still no description (emptied cache).
PS: I use a child theme.
Post excerpt is correct way to add description and we don’t plan to change this. If you need customization help, we can provide it but you must have active support, thank you for understanding that our time has price
