WordPress Themes on ThemeForest are not allowed to encrypt any files as a policy. However there are a number of ways you can add encryption to your videos. Our two recommended options are:
1) If you are looking for an automated solution for encryption, Vimeo Pro is our recommendations. The Pro version allows you a lot of control over where the videos display to ensure they are private.
2) If you are hosting the files on your own server, you can use a plugin to prevent downloads like (there are others as well): https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-content-copy-protector/

Hello, I hope you’re well. I bought your vayvo theme a couple of years ago. I was wondering if this particular theme is also responsive on mobile. It seems like the content displayed as slides doesn’t show on mobile but when visiting your demo site on desktop, everything shows. I tried on several devices and browsers. So is it safe to say it’s only for desktops or maybe your site has issues showing on mobile at present? Cheers
All of our themes including Aztec are responsive and work on all device sizes (Mobile, Tablet, & Desktop). In addition the header/footer and all normal pages are edited via the page builder Elementor. Elementor provides you with full control over how the pages display on tablet and mobile. Hello, I tested your demo site again, it seems like the homepage/landing page is the page that’s not showing. I am able to view it via desktop but not on mobile. According to my target customers woocommerce is only suitable for subscription , but atleast with woocommerce they can pay monthly subscription not by pay by post!?

If you want to charge for subscriptions and have them be automated , we recommend using any of the built-in payment gateways (or premium ones): PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net, 2Checkout, Bank Transfer. And then Premium gateways: Square, Skrill, Mollie, Paystack, Pagseguro, PayUMoney, Online Worldpay, Razorpay, Payfast

You can choose how accounts are approved. They can be automatically approved, require email verification, or require admin approval. It is entirely up to the website administration to which account approval they want.

Yes & No. You could use shortcodes to display a download button within the content area. However the download button shown in the live preview cannot be set to display only for specific membership plants. The content within a post is going to be accessible or not accessible based on a plan in its entirety.

Before buying this plugin I asked if it will work with a 3rd party player and I was told YES. For the past 3days now I have been having issues trying to set it up properly with a 3rd party player. Support is offering little help. The integration this plugin offers is simply to place the 3rd party player on top of the default player which makes the whole setup looks messy and unprofessional. If this is the only way to integrate a 3rd party player then I’ll have no choice but to request a refund.

Pre sale question: Does your video player support adaptive streaming?
The built-in player does not support adaptive streaming. The quality you choose to upload is the quality the viewer will see. However you can easily add adaptive streaming by using a third party player. Vimeo PRO is our go to recommendation but there are many other options like Brightcove and etc. There are also other locally hosted players you can find on codecanyon.net. Our theme has built-in support for third party video players by using an embedded field.

Hi, I would like to test the theme myself before buying. Is it possible? If not and I need to buy it, can I get money back if certain features don’t work for me?
I need to be able to strip the theme of all the fancy functions (social media, related videos, etc…) so it looks less like Netflix and similar. I need the player to have subtitles feature. I need the player to be robust enough to be able to stream 1 video to hundreds of people at the same time. Also to be auto-adaptable to users bandwidth, for example if someone is on low connection, it would set bandwidth to 480p. And a bunch of other needs we need to test live.
