I have a problem and I need help fixing it: I had an old website that was canceled a year ago and a paid ReHub Theme downloaded and was purchased and licensed from “Themeforest” but the canceled website also you know was taken down and today I wanted to download this Theme I bought from “Themeforest” on the new domain name and when I added the purchase code, I received this message below: (License is already active on maximum allowed product instances, please deactivate this license from active instance(s) and try again!
One license can be active only on one site. If you want to deactivate license, you need to install theme on NEW site. Then, use your license key as usual. You will see a message about the license limit and form below where you can deactivate the license. License deactivation can be made only from a NEW site to prevent bad scenarios when you lost access to the old site
You can use extension packs to add more sites. After purchase, please, use this Request form and provide a list of purchased licenses which you want to extend. Please, note that all your purchased licenses must be activated on sites before sending request for bonus pack).
Note that all the old and new sites belong to me and I can provide you with proof of this if you wish

Hello, having issues with my editing page, was in contact with one of your people, but unfortunately, was not receiving a fixing solution. Anyway, I decided to start from scratch, but I see that still have the same issue on my product page. Your people told me that was because the main header was edited with Elementor, and to deactivate elementor, that didn’t fix the problem. We reinstalled the theme and still, we have the same issue,
The issue is, that the Title font, in the Product page letters is so big. We are NOT editing anything with Elementor. We change the size again, in the WordPress editing dashboard, in the WordPress editing section, it changes the size, but when opening the product on our website, and redirecting us to the product info, the title of the product is so big. Any Help and solution on this issue?

No, we deactivate Elementor and everything was ok, so the question where to deactivate that fonts from Elementor, We reinstalled everything from scratch, but we still have the same problem. Also, I dont remember changing any fonts on Elementor, but in the Theme Options -> font options. right now we put it back to default, but still the same problem

For these issues, We had been trying to edit the fonts, on Wordpress Editor and Elementor also in the Appearance-customize-theme options- font options but here we selected by “default” Also we are finding that this issue is ONLY on PC, for cellphone is ok.
Also, I had been asking you this question: 1- Which Template we should use in order the theme works better, there are many options, and right now its the default template.
2- When making edits Which is better to use Wordpress Editor or Elementor Editor, I do normally use Elementor, but both are easy just let me know which is better for this theme.
3- We sent the issues to Elementor support, so we hope they can guide us and help us with the issue.

I checked on site and it doesn’t show me any error. Also, your screenshot doesn’t show me anything related to theme. Please, try on default wordpress theme
also, make sure that you use 18.2 actual theme
It’s your wow animations that make it not work if the image size is changed. Actually crashes without a chance to come back even if size brought back. Tried to disable all plugins, theme of course newest.

Ok… So the issue happens when I add an image to the image box widget. Straight away server error 500. Tried with other themes – same error….. Tried to roll back elementor version – still same error. Damn I am lost .

No. I recommend to write to support of Elementor. Also mention to them that you tried on different themes. I know that their last update is awful and thousands of people have bugs

I am looking for a Tutor Marketplace like Preply.com. Can your theme do that?
That link takes me to a template for marketplace for courses…not a marketplace for tutors. There is a big difference between the two.

I dont see such problem, anyway, you can replace currency symbol in Woocommerce – settings

Hi. There is no difference in language for theme, but admin theme option pages are in English to prevent different incompatibility with documentation and videos

If you need to show posts, use post module. There are many in theme. All of them support custom post type selection in Query settings

You have one available for top level blog categories, but not for blog posts?
It will not work for posts, you can have thousands of posts, this will break your site with significant load on server.
