it’s just reducing number of posts for query, so, if you have large amount of posts, then, yes, this will reduce request time.

You should avoid using cross queries like tag exclude + meta query at once.

I’ve watched a few videos and they do not explain anything I am looking for. I am looking for mouse move effect for images. It was on your wow animations, now I cannot find a way to do it with greenshift. Looking at your videos doesn’t help in this case, they are about different things, they are long videos and irrelevant. I think you should make these tutorials differently – instead of 30 minutes showing something many times, better would be straight forward animations tutorials. Because now I do not see a way to do what I want.
