I am trying to reactivate TheGem. The activation fails and I get this message: “This installation has been deregistered and can’t be registered again with this purchase code. Please purchase an additional copy of theme in order to get a new valid activation key for this installation.”
I only installed/uninstalled the theme a few times for testing purposes. Why is another purchase code required since this one was actually never used for any product/website? Is it possible that I may have done something wrong when I removed the installation last time? I initially contacted Envato but they couldn’t help and, since the support expired, they suggested to contact you via a comment.

I tried to use WPML with TheGem, but unfortunately it’s not possible to translate PDF links. 
WPML said they tried to contact you but didn’t get an answer. You have to join the “Go-Global” programm to fix that problem.
Well, do you have a way to link to PDF in other languages with WPBakery in Styled Lists?

Hi again, why all pages (header, footer, home, etc…) is showing as private even if I put all of them as Published???? It is very annoying

I’m reading comments here and I see I’m not the only user with these issues related to private – public pages and elements status. It is not only pages, but header, footer, everything. It is very convoluted and really hard to manage.
There is any documentation for this. My hosting provider is Siteground, I have other websites in the same hosting, and none of them gave me such issues ever.

Concerning the templates – please check our comment above: templates themselves are not public, they can be included as parts of other posts, pages, products and archives, it is not the issue.

My client asked to upgrade several areas on the website. So I’ve added those new areas using CPT’s.

I’ve done the usual tests changing theme and deactivate all not related plugins and the error keeps appearing. It saves the post, but I need to go back in the browser. I’ve contacted ACF team and after the tests they told me this could be a theme issue.
Are you aware of similar issues?
The other question is related to Portfolio. I would like to either read my CPT’s inside the Portfolio or to ask if is possible to use the same layout within the Post Masonry Grid element?
I know the client doesn’t have support but I’m asking for some orientation here.

You can choose one depending on the page builder you prefer. Hi, recently i’ve bought Your theme again. And I have one question. Is this possible that will You add (in the future) option to upload different/custom logo only for mobile? Now sticky menu and mobile have the same logo. On mobile layout I need different logo. So in option panel in “General -> Logo & Identity” there will be 3 logos positions “1.Desktop, 2.Sticky, 3.Mobile” (now we have “1.Desktop, 2.Mobile & Sticky). I think this option will improve the usability of TheGem theme.

There is a few bugs going on with this theme. I have noticed the logo and menu dissapearing when switching to turn on the search from the theme options menu
Also the space in the pages from the top is huge, the description from the categories text overlays on top of each other and a few other issues. This makes it unusable for us to transfer out live site to it
