Hello. Thank You for this “wonderful” theme, and that You contained “Multi Vendor Auctions” in it – it’s not confusing at all. So to use auction and bidding I need to buy premium plugin (simple auctions) and then some kind of premium plan from You site, and module. Am I right ?

within the confines of this theme and plugins that make up the ibid. Would I be able to setup 10 auctions that ran for 10mins each. If sold usual process. Thats fine BUT if they do not sell can they automatically wait for say 5 minutes then restart the auction for another 10mins Automatically???

Yes, there is an automatic relist you just need to enable by product and set the time.
Just to be really sure before I spend $100NZD on your theme That I will be able to relist auctions for less than an hour say every 15 minutes or 23 minutes You can not do this with wp simple auctions I own a copy and it only allow shortest relist 1hour nothing less Thanks for you time
For the moment, the theme is not really to my taste: 2 big bugs, the support takes too much time before responding. Doesn’t really answer my questions and makes mistakes by unplugging a maintenance plugin (which leaves the site visible to everyone while it’s under construction). For me this is unprofessional, I expect the support to be better and faster. More than 10 years that I use lots of different themes and this is the first time that I have so many problems… Please tell your support to look a little more at my problems

What is the purpose of o company? To add to products? In this case, vendors username will be renamed to company.
You can tell us more about their real roles on the site (what will they do).
I think I did not explain my question well. The buyers will be companies (so companies only bid for products), And the Vendors will be regular people. so if someone registers as a Vendor, he should only enter his email and username. And If a person registers as a Customer, he should enter Company name, URL…
So basically the opposite of what is on your demo.

For the multivendor plugin, you can customize the registration fields. For WooCommerce, you can use a free/premium plugin to do that.

First of all, from what we can see on this huge text pasted here, a problem is caused by the MailPoet plugin:
Then another one caused by Kirki plugin:
Nothing related to the auction plugin or the theme.
Solution: Disable these two plugins (as these are not used by our theme and NOT provided by us) and let us know the results.
Maybe you had another theme before and forgot to disable and remove these plugins?!

Hi,
You should click on the view affected files (it is clear that on your child theme you have old template files).
Then, backup the child theme completely and copy the updated templates from the parent theme in the child theme folder.
Would you provide a theme update for that, since it is a theme relate issue? I don’t understand much about those templates I need to copy and how to access them and so on.

This message appears when the theme has the templates updated and the child theme no.
By default the child theme doesn’t contain any woocommerce templates = you or who is working on the site has copied woocommerce templates from the parent theme in the child theme.
If this is not clear enough (maybe you asked for help on our help desk and they copied a template to do what you requested), then please return to the help desk and ask to update the files.
Note: No theme update is needed. You should need to keep the templates from the child theme updated.

I did not change anything. This is a clean installation. I imported your Elementor Automotive demo with no modification whatsoever. All the issues I mentioned above come from a normal installation.

We are not aware of this but at a first check it seems to only be for simple and variable product types (and the auctions are a separate product type). Please ask on the plugin authors if it is compatible.

Unfortunately, we are not aware of a plugin that works with the auction product type.
Since the purpose of an auction is to receive bids, do you want all your bidders to fill in some custom details? Can you give us more details on the purpose of these fields?
I want the opposite: the person who creates the auction will define the size of his package (example: 20ft Long X 10ft High) and shipping distance (example: 50 miles trip) for the package to be delivered.
That way the bidder (transportation companies) will have the necessary data to bid.
