I am requesting a full refund. Two reasons, first is that your documentation is out dated, there is no documentation for EasyDocs plugin but instead refers to weDocs plugin. Second is that you do not disclose that EasyDocs plugin requires an additional costs to get full features. I have not launched my website that I purchased this theme for. Please advise as when I can expect a refund. Thank You.

And we used EazyDocs free version for building the theme demo. If you didn’t get any features that we showcased in our theme demo or presentation, you can let us know. EazyDocs pro for extra features. If you need those features, you have to purchase that plugin.

Youtube url’s get converted to a player but when we add ?rel=0 to the url it fails to embed the video. We do not want to take the url approach as we are forced to stick to an approach without ?rel=0
Also, we are unable to copy and paste the Youtube embed code iframe. When we paste it and click on publish, the iframe disappears.
This happens only in EazyDocs. It works fine in Posts and Pages. Please tell me how we can overcome this.
Found a fix for this. It was a Capability issue being faced by the Author role alone.

Hi team, I am trying to change the colors of a text type widget using elementor, however, the change is not reflected in the GUI nor in the previewer. I already tried regenerating by disabling the default colors and regenerating the css code and data without success. any suggestions?

Hello, I got stuck in Plugins Installation after installing the template. I can’t install advanced custom fields pro and docy core. Other installations are normal. The theme is for $69 with EazyDocs free version. The EazyDocs Pro plugin has some extra features. If you need those features, you can purchase the pro plugin. Otherwise, no need to purchase the EazyDocs Pro version.

You can use EazyDocs with any theme.
- Previously the featured image appeared as an icon for a topic in the ToC tree, that is now missing
- When creating a new doc in eazydocs, cannot see tabs element. Its available only as elementor element.
- The page alignment has also changed. The docs was earlier neatly centred in the page, now its full width.

Updated theme to the most recent version, but I do not see tabs, accordion as part of blocks when editing a post in wordpress editor. I think it used to be available earlier but its missing now.
The tabs, accordion is Elementor widget in the theme. So, you have to Elementor to build tabs, accordion in Docy.

Is EazyDocs not compatible with PublishPress? Unable to use the PublishPress functionality of multiple authors or of Author edits being reviewed and approved. Please help.
We didn’t test the PublishPress plugin with the EazyDocs plugin. So, I can’t assure you about this.
