There is not such an option in the default header options but you use a plugin to adda cart cion in the header area. You may see an example below:

Sadly this wont work because menu opens when we click hamburger icon , i wanted cart outside of hamburger next to it. Ok ill search if i can find a solution team ! Thanks!

Regarding the cart icon, yes you should use the header top type. There is no option to add a cart icon next to the hamburger menu type.
Please clear out your browser caches becuase the changelog was actually updated. Regarding the Wavo elementor addon, we’ll release another quick update today and you’ll update them both without any problems.

I am facing an issue “Your server does not match the recommended settings. Import the BASIC Demo only, or adjust your settings” I have change the server requirements as per the requirements but still facing the same issue.

That notice is a recommendation for an optimal server setings. If you don’t want to get that notice, you should contact to your hosting provider to make that adjustment.

we have change the setting though the hosting provider and still not solving the issues. I have gone through your help center and they telling me “my purchase has been expired , you have to renew or to buy it again!!! why is that? once I bought the item it should be help form your center at least to install the theme.

Yes, I see. Like we said that the notice is just a recommandation and is not going to cause any issues / troubles. That is your server settings and has nothing to do with a theme. You can either ignore that notice and continue running the wizard demo installer or you can just contatc to your hosting provider to adjust your server settings if you don’t want to get that notice at all.
Secondly, in order to open a ticket on our support desk, yes you have to renew your support period as envato support policy.

That is not possible. The parent menu item is not clickable as a link because that is how things are done with the bootstrap framework. The reason for this is that bootstrap dropdowns don’t pop open on hover as most people are used to, but on click. This is so that the menus system is usable on mobile devices such as tablets and cellphones. If you change this you will not be able to access sub-menu items on a mobile device.

If you remember we have made a change in order not to appear preloader on mobile and you fixed it in the update but now th epreloader on desktop is not showing background color and image only the pace i mean this line below.

I just attempted to send a support request but since my purchase was over a year ago, the system blocks me. Tying to disconnect my theme form a domain that I no longer have and it says I have to buy another license. Not a good way to do business, INHO!

Authors do not determine the license terms, when an author supports you, there is a lot of effort and time involved. You can’t expect an author to spend their time for free to all customers, support coverage is 6 months and after 6 months you need a new valid license if you want help. This contract is indicated to you on the purchase screen, the contract is a contract.
In other words the theme is completely useless after 6 months? Other vendors have an option to login into a page that the user can deactivate a theme and be able to utilize it on a different domain without allowing the theme to be sued over and over and abuse the system. This is not rocket science and telling a past customer ‘a contract is a contract’ is a terrible way to cultivate good will and entice future customers to buy your product. TERRIBLE!!!
You didn’t ask for help changing your license in your comment, what you did was just leave a negative comment about our product. There is already a setting in your administration panel for you to change your license, we have been more generous than other authors in this regard. 6 months free support rule does not belong to the authors, if you want technical support after 6 months, you have to buy it. Their authors have as much rights and valuable time as you do, you have no right to make such comments.
If I made a mistake, I apologize. However, in my original post I specified that I needed to “disconnect my theme” from a domain I no longer owned. I never asked for you to help me install or fix anything that would require your time. Additionally, several of your customers have asked for this and you’ve always referred them to email support, which is what I did. If you have an admin panel where a customer can self-detach an old domain to be able to utilize on a different domain then you should make that available. Most of us that buy these themes are somewhat tech-savvy and can take care of these simple tasks without adding to you, the developer, more things to do. Finally, I do not wish to continue going back and forth with you, please provide the admin panel or directions on how to find it so that I and others can make theme usage updates.

Thank you for understanding, The problem is that since that domain is no longer available I do not have access to that link from with the WP installation, otherwise I would take care of it myself. In other words that website no longer exists. Is there another way to unlink that theme from that old domain?

You are not in the api registration list, you can try on another domain. If you use it in 2 separate domains, your license is automatically blocked and you cannot use it again.

Pre-sale question: Is this theme compatible with a Membership Plugin like ARMember? Is the Menu system normal for WP or are the Elementor templates used?
