I have just discovered a new disaster from your recent update: some header fonts have change to another font. I use Poppins, the theme tries to load Oswald and as it fails it shows a serif font. I can’t believe the hours I am losing with the problems of your new theme update.

I have updated to the latest version (6.5.0), however, the update for Rev Slider is not included in the latest download. It still shows as 6.5.20 in the folder. Can you supply the latest version of the plugin separately?
The latest version of Rev Slider included in your most recent theme update (6.5.0) is 6.5.20. I just downloaded the folder. When clicking the ‘update required’ link next to the plug-in, it updates to 6.5.24, however, the latest version is 6.5.31
I cannot contact you via support as my support has expired. This isn’t a support issue in terms of troubleshooting, I only require the latest version of the Rev Slider plug in. if you are able to provide, I can install myself manually.

Possible solution for people still having issues after reinstalling Porto Functionality. If you’re running a child theme with edits to header.php remove it, and update it with the new original header.php.
hi there!!!after latest update we have problems when activating child theme…in main theme everything seems to work properly….but when changing to child theme css is not loading (both in elementor and wp bakery)....is there an advise on that????
i m upadting it on a stage copy (its one of the two websites running with porto theme- i am facing same issue on both)

But unfortunately, you already updated the theme and plugin before, so that is the reason of your issue.
You have to delete the Porto Functionality plugin file and then Install the plugin again and it will solve your issue for sure.

By the way this solution didn’t work at all. The only way I was able to get website to work again is to restore the whole website to a point where porto theme is at version 6.4.1 and porto functionality at 2.4.1., but only way restore worked is when I first deleted the porto functionality folder in file manager and the porto parent theme folder, and after that I started with restore backup of the whole website.

This is a follow up to my issue of 7th September. The ticket is still not resolved. I was promised several times that the theme will be updated and this issue will be resolved. But the Transportations & Logistics demo import is still an issue.
I have reset and tried to do a fresh import, still the same issue.

This has been taken really long time. It was reported and support requested on 7th of September. All I am receiving is promises for the next update in a couple of days and it goes on…

On theme update to 6.5. Porto functionality plugin on update experiences a ajax error and won’t activate and breaks site. Same issue on 2 sites, downgrading Porto functionality plugin and theme for now….

I used regenerate thumbnails plugin and woocommerce tools but it didn’t improve.
note: wordpress’s media default settings are normal. In the form of 150 300 1024.
