In response to my review – still awaiting support – Ticket #36740 However, I had to hire someone to resolve the issue as 5 days waiting was too long.
For me, it looks like you simply changed username several times. This is why we can’t find your ticket

Support account linked to Envato – not changed once. In the string of tickets (my responses) you can see the username is still the same. No need for refund as I am using the theme still – just annoying that I had to source help and pay for it.

I purchased the theme and installed it on to my Wordpress. This is the first time I ever created a Wordpress website and I had themes on it before. When I installed it had a mix look of the new theme header but the body was the old theme so I downloaded a plugin to reinstall and it has deleted everything.
I tried to reinstall into fresh Wordpress but now I get the message Envato purchase code is invalid, please contact support!

Hello, I tried to install the theme on wordpress, and I deleted the previous themes that were there on the dashboard. But now I can see only the header of my theme and some menus/content from the old theme.

Can we change the dynamically fetched value by woocommerce to some custom value of our own?
For example:
Network compatibilty: 4G,3G ( is fetched value)
and I want to change it to
Network compatibilty: 5G,4G,3G (here I added 5G).

When used together the post offer listing coupon does not copy automatically when revealed. Can you help?
