PS: It’s not a plugin conflict, I tryied deactivating all plugins but Porto Functionality and WP Bakery.
Hello, please check this – Our products link does not work in mobile , it only opens when we click on icon, how to make it clickable as other menu items – as in scrrenshot “https://screencast-o-matic.com/i/c36VewVtjVr”
Hello, @anuj01,
This is the default functionality of the Theme.
Sorry to say that but this is not possible, because the Parent Menu Item is also linked with any page, So when you click/tap on the Parent Menu Item it will take you to the particular page with which it is linked, So you can not set it as for open the Child Menu/Sub Menu Items or open all the menu items by default when clicked on a mobile hamburger, This requires Customization for now.
And also we will forward this to our development department as a feature request to add this functionality to the theme with the upcoming updates of the theme.
hi
my porto theme is not displaying description in menu item. below description textarea in backend it says “The description will be displayed in the menu if the current theme supports it.”
how can i add supports in porto theme for description?
Hello, @mfali728,
Unfortunately, our theme does not support it, you have to change it with Customization, you can refer to this article: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-to-add-menu-descriptions-in-your-wordpress-themes/#:~:text=Go%20to%20Appearance%20%C2%BB%20Menus.,Check%20the%20Descriptions%20box.&text=Now%20you%20can%20add%20menu%20descriptions%20to%20items%20in%20your%20WordPress%20menu.

Hi
I am using bunnycdn for my theme and the issue i am facing is that some images like product single page images are not loading with CDN link, I tried changing the CDN but the issue is same all other images on site are loading with cdn link but not single product page images.
please help thanks
Hello, @mfali728,
That is not our theme issue but that might be your CDN or product images link changing issue, Could you please check it once with activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make it sure that the issue is with out theme or not?

Please help!, new errors since your last update:
I am updating some css in the custom css of the front page, but when I refresh the webstite, clearing cache, it does not show my new css code. It seems to show and old compiled css, but I don’t have any cache plugin installed to clear its cache.
I opened a ticket but this is urgent, many people work with the site and we can’t depend on this kind of cache/compilation issues. https://p-themes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/7733Hello, @marianogi,
Let me try to explain it to you, when you save any changes from theme options, it rewrite those changes to the portostyles folder files which are responsible for the site CSS to work under wp-content/uploads. So sometimes because of file permission issue, sometimes server cache issue, sometimes site cache plugins issues, sometimes because of any server restriction issues, sometimes third party plugin confliction issue, that could be any reason from the above ones, the files under portostyles folder does not update with the new changes from theme options, so that is why in that case, we recommended to delete that folder of porto-styles and then click on save changes button again from the theme options, so that it will create the same new folder with same files again at the same place but with new changes from the theme options.
Hope this make sense now and claer enough.
Yes, that solved the cache problem, but now I am worse than ever: my whole site changed its styles like I never seen before (underlined links that I NEVER undrline in the destop version) and the mobile versions almost completely destroyed. I am exhausted fighting with your theme. I don’t know what to do now.
When I deleted the folder it only regenerates 4 files: -dynamic_style.css -dynamic_style_rtl.css -style-editor.css -theme_css_vars.css
But never regenerates these: -bootstrap.css -bootstrap_rtl.css -js_composer.css -shortcodes.css -shortcodes_rtl.css
That’s what my site is broken
And no, I was wrong, that did not solve the issue. I saw everything so changed I thought it updated my css, but no, It didn’t even update that old css.
I was working ok updating the main css and the custom css from each page, but after updating the theme came all this.
I have discovered something: when I log in as an administrator it shows to me the correct css, but if I log out it shows me an old css. Hope it helps solving this.
Hello, @marianogi,
If you are able to see the changes when logged in and not able to see the changes when logged out, then it means you are facing the cache issue only.
If you are using any server cache then flush it and deactivate it for a while and if you are using any plugin for cache on your site then remove the cache of it and deactivate it, and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache, if you are using the Google Chrome browser, then you can use this extension to remove the cache: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn
Otherwise, please contact us, via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out.
Hi,
After your last update I am getting the below error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function is_type() on string in /wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/woocommerce.php:1401
Hi, how can I configure the search form results page? Where is that template? Thanks
Hello, @marianogi,
If I am not wrong, I think you want to change the Search Result Page Layout, If so, then, Search Result Page is coming from YITH AJAX Search plugin and you can not Customize its layout directly using Theme Options, Its layout works on the particular Search Content Type that you have selected from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Search Form. Like if you choose Search Content Type as product and you are using the layout of the shop page as sidebar layout then search result page will also work with the same layout as the shop page. So you have to change it as per your requirements using Custom CSS.
If you want to change the layout of the search page result then you have to edit the search.php file and add the new layout in the search.php file. As you can see that we have added the search page layout same the custom post types layout selected from Theme Options. For example, if you set the Search post type as a post then the search result page get the layout of the blog archive page layout from Theme options. SO you have to create the layout inside the search.php file. Also, you have to make the changes in the wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/layout.php file inside the porto_search_form function.
Hi!, after the theme update I am experiencing several problems, but in this case, the issues are with some inner links in the theme options, like “Sticky Header Skin Settings”, which redirects to the unexisting url: https://ledworldforum.org/wp-admin/sticky-header-bg
I think I am having problems with permalinks in general. Please help.
I have opened a ticket with this: https://p-themes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/7688In porto template builder lots of templates dont show up anymore (I see that I have 36 templates but only 16 show in the list)? Also when I’m editing a page the dropdown for footer en header templates isnt showing any more for choosing a template… Any ideas whats going wrong?
Hello, @janschalken,
Are you using the very latest version of the theme and plugins? If no then update and check back and if yes then please remove the server, site and browser cache, I can see you have activate server lightspeed cache as well.
OR try to disable all the third party plugins on your site, might be one of the additional third party plugin causing the issue on your site.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

https://www.showspace.co.za/brand/cricut/Hello, @matod,
We have not changed anything related to the brand’s page in our recent update, Are you using any third-party plugin for your brands? And please check once with deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site customization as well, might be your own Customization or any third-party plugin conflicts with the latest update of our theme.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 27/04/2022. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

I must pay for support extension only to be told to wait for the next update? I have had a few people personally email me saying they face the same issue. This is clearly a Porto Theme Issue Because I rolled back.
Why are brand pages in archive format and how do you fix this back to products and not POSTS?
Hello! take respect.
Very recent we update porto theme it’s really awesome to utilize speed section.
Sir, right now in our running website Quick View is popup with normal load but we want to load with ajax loading. We have showed another theme you used ajax load in Quick View option actually Ajax loading is very fast. Is it possible in our running theme to make it.
Regards!
Hello, @kashfulecommerce,
In our theme the Quick View popup works with Ajax only, there is no option to change its behavior.
And on your site as well, it is loading with Ajax: https://www.kashful.com.bd/shop/
So I am not able to understand what you actually want?
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 20/02/2020. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Sir please check this shop page Quick View popup and my Quick View popup is different https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop35/shop/
We want as same as Quick View popup like shop35 theme.
Is it possible sir??
Regards!
Hello, @kashfulecommerce,
We do not have any special style for Quick View, but it’s the same and works on Ajax, you can only turn it ON/OFF using theme options and change the content.

Hi, I maintain sites for a client who is running the Porto theme on 2 of their sites. The latest update is a disaster and broke the site! Luckily I only updated on one of the sites, but the only way I could get the site working again was by creating a new child-theme. Also, the custom fonts aren’t available any longer… Somehow the bulk of the site is still using the custom font, but the sliders etc. have all lost the custom font. When I try upload a font through your font-control, it adds it, but the font never appears as an option. When I go and check in my Media Library, the uploaded font is gone??
Hi, I’ll see if they are able to. Problem is that the licenses were purchased for the business by a staff member who no longer works there and they might not have the access details to the Envato account
.
Hi, after the latest update I have the following error
Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Warning: require_once(/wp-content/plugins/porto-widgets/widgets/price_filter_list.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /wp-content/plugins/porto-functionality/porto-functionality.php on line 227PHP message: PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ’/wp-content/plugins/porto-widgets/widgets/price_filter_list.php’ (include_path=’.:’) in /wp-content/plugins/porto-functionality/porto-functionality.php on line 227’
When I disable porto functionality the site works fine.
Thanks

Hello, so I moved my website to be hosted on AWS lightsail, I got everything working for WordPress but no matter what i do, importing demo content always display a broken website with almost no CSS at all. I have checked system requirements and it seems good. Please advise what am I missing?
Could I please get my support ticket looked at ? my site is currently not working properly due to the latest update I believe. Ticket id: 7513. – I have 1200 customers complaining I really need the help
Ignore that – I managed to fix it myself : ) – Still love the theme!
Sound’s Good!!
You are the best
Keep using and loving Porto… I hope you are enjoying our latest updates of the theme.
Do you have the elementor version for this demo https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/corporate8/ ? What is see is the demo is made by wpbakery.
Hello, @monirfly,
First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress
Yes that demo is available with Elementor version as well: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/elementor/corporate8/
Hello. I have a problem updating the theme. It costs version 6.3.2 when you upgrade to version 6.4.1, all products from categories and widgets disappear … the same thing happens when you upgrade to version 6.5 Please tell me how can I fix this. Also, for some reason, the breadcrumbs are reflected incorrectly, they do not have a product category. Just please don’t tell me I need to renew my tech support subscription. Thank you.
Hello, since update to Porto 6.5.0 I’m also facing massive problems (lucky me I did this on my test server). In one comment solutions is to delete Porto Functionality plugin and install it again.
This does not solve the problem on my end. If Porto 6.5.0 is installed, site is completely broken. Only rolling back to 6.4.1 solves this.
Updating this theme is a very high risk ☹️
Hello, @rene_scrubei,
Could you please follow the below listed points to update the theme on your site again.
1. Take the complete backup of your site before updating the Theme for avoiding any inconvenience.
2. Deactivate all the third-party plugins before updating the Theme.
3. Take a Backup of your Custom Code and remove it from the site before an update of the Theme.
4. If you are using a Child Theme then Activate the Parent-Theme before updating the Theme.
5. Remove all the cache from your server, site and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are the changes that occur on your site after that...
6. After that go to Appearance >> Themes and update the Theme One-Click automatically from there.
7. After that go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the Theme required/recommended plugins from there one by one.
8. After that check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are changes occur on your site after that and if all goes well then.
9. You have to again Activate the Child Theme.
10. Again activate all the third-party plugins one by one.
Finally, check back your site after removing the browser cache.
Hi, Team. May I ask if Porto can add more features as below for the mini cart offcanvas like woodmart or blocksy theme. 1. add quantity selector for the product and automatically update when quantity is changed. 2. make an option for selecting mini cart canvas automatically slide out when products are added to cart.
