Judging by all these comments it seems you are going to seriously need to work on another update – Brand pages have turned into post archives and many others have complained about this with no work around. We’ve had to roll back to previous update because of your introduction to the post builder. Please fix this. What is the point of these updates if they always cause issues.

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in the Theme Package.

And there is no need to activate or purchase a new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Hi, another new problem: posts category listing is broken.

Under “theme options > post > blog & post archives > archive layout” I selected one layout but when I check a category listing like the URL I submit here, the listing seems to be broken. It was working when I first set it. Maybe your last update and the broken builder is the cause of this.

Not only fails the “archive layout”, nothing seems to work: page layout, pagination…

All of the product sections on my home page have disappeared since the new update. I see all of them in the backend of the site.. but on the front end of the site I see nothing.

Updating from version 6.4.1 to 4.5.0 removes somehow all css files. so basicly no css will be loaded. very weird

I am sorry but not been 6 days, It’s been 3 days, as you generated your support ticket at late night on weekends and after that today we replied to your support ticket with a proper solution, so please check back your support ticket reply now and reply to it accordingly.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 31/12/2020. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

When I installed your theme, I immediately ran into a whole range of problems … I wrote to you about several earlier. Here is the full sketch: - Bug when updating (all products from all categories disappear) - Incorrect work of widgets. - Incorrect installation of the translation of the theme to another language. It turns out that I purchased a problematic product for which I still need to pay. What guarantees can you give me that you can fix all the bugs?

Really sorry for the inconviniance but we have tested our latest theme many times and there is no such issue with our latest update and nor other customers faced such issue.

Are you using the Child Theme on your site? Have you Customized the theme with Child Theme? Have you Customized the Theme Core files in Parent Theme? Are you using third party plugins on your site? Are you using server cache? There could be any reason, but without understanding and without debugging, its really simple to write and put all the blame on the theme directly.

This is really an offensive behavior, Please follow the instructions you got in reply to your support ticket and reply your support ticket back again with your response, you will get the help from our experts.

Have you done Customization in your Child Theme? might be those Customization is no more compaitable with the latest plugins and theme, so you have to check that Customization again with your developer, OR delete the Child Theme and Create the new one again and I am sure, you will not face this issue anymore.

You can add the product tags to choose for filtering the product in Shop Page Sidebar using Widget: “Product Tag Cloud” and set that widget under Woo Category Sidebar and it will work for you. Other then this, you have to try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements.

That is actually the sidebar of the Shop page, the Shop Category page picks the Shop Archive page sidebar by default, and if you want to remove the sidebar from any specific product category page, then you have to go to Products >> Categories and edit the particular product category and choose the Layout & Sidebar as “Without Category Sidebar”.

If you are already using the theme on one of your site then you can not use it on another site with same purchase code as this is against Envato policy and copyright violance.

You have to delete the theme from first site and then you can use it on another site, but then you have to reset your purchase code first.
