Dear,
I want to import the demo Business and all the plugins are installed. But the installation stucks on plugin MailChimp for WordPress and keeps refreshing and getting back to me with the same message not installed and then installed & activated.
How could we fix this? The mailchimp plugin in activated en installed on the wordpress system.

With proper server and WordPress environments, there shouldn’t be such kind of issue. We recommend you re-check by checking your server error logs, or by simply installing the theme on your own local host

Regarding the map at the bottom of the page.
https://pearl.stylemixthemes.com/is it possible when clicking on each marker to display an infowindow ballon with the name of the country.
For example when click on marker of Germany to display an infowindow baloon “Germany”.
Please let me know. Right now it is not 100% clear which marker belongs to each record.

There is no such kind of option for the element by default. It needs to modify the theme and pre-packed plugin’s scripts and include extra code lines to include and integrate extra additional features into the element

The migration process doesn’t relate to the theme settings in general. With properly organized transferring of the site, there won’t be any restrictions by default
The theme support allows only to help with the theme default options and settings. While migration and configuring the site design from old to newer one requires extra service that is not included in the item support policy according to ThemeForest. Hi, I am using the Pearl theme with STM_Events to display a list of events. It is set to not display past events, but I need it to keep events that are happening on that day so clients can see whats happening on the evening that they visit the website. However, It removes the event as soon as we get to the day. How do I get it to wait until the next day before removing event? Thanks

That line can be changed with custom CSS, you can try to use the custom CSS like below under the appearance > customize > CSS section;

All the elements of the theme are included in the theme by default. You need to press the ”+” in the WP Bakery page builder plugins, in order to observe all the theme elements

Please make sure that you are using the PHP 7,4 version, we recommend you downgrade the PHP on your server if you are using 8 PHP. It will be clearer if you will send a screenshot of the footer appearance in the back end, in order to be of better help

Hi. I’d like to hide some fields in the post-type metaboxes section, STM View settings, without editing stm-configurations plugin files (i.e. “Service details” tab).
The function in fields/page.php is where all the properties are currently located.

With one license you can use only one live domain. For four different domains, you need to purchase four licenses. According to the Themeforest license policy, you can use the theme only one domain. We have bought those paid plugins from our end and included them in our theme packages as external plugins and they are active from the theme side, so you can use those plugins without any restrictions. All the updates we will include with the theme regular updates. So, the update of the plugins you will be able to get as soon as there will be the theme update
