All the created tickets will be checked and replied to you according to the ticket created special ID queue and assigned individually to our support managers. However, there will be delays as tickets will be in the checking stages on business days. The delay will be different due to the weekends and holidays in general. The maximum delay will vary depending on the factors that we have pointed out. Note that the delay could be variable as we are located in different time zones, so take it into consideration as well.

is there an update for Pearl for WP6.x and PHP 8.X? I run PHP 7.4 but I have to pay € 8,—/month from April on for “Extended support” of the old version.
I updated the theme from inside WP with the effect of errors if I change to PHP 8.0 or 8.1 and the website is gone.

Am 26. November 2020 war es so weit: Mit dem Major-Release PHP 8.0.0 wurde die neueste Ausgabe der beliebten Skriptsprache veröffentlicht. Dies entspricht dem normalen Drei-Jahres-Zyklus bei PHP. Der Vorgänger PHP 7.4 war zuvor rund ein Jahr lang aktiv, nachdem u. a. der Support für PHP 7.1 eingestellt worden war. Auch der Support für PHP 7.2 ging Ende 2020 zu Ende.

I want invoices options so my customers can pay when we send them invoices directly on website
I think there is a JS problem with the theme. I have installed the latest version on my website and i try to make changes on the site and after if i try to submit nothing happens
when i make changes in the themes settings and then i try to save it doesnt.

Apparently PHP 8.1 causes a lot of issues, we reverted back to 7.4, all is good now. Any major differences in functionality between the 2 versions ?

The restriction comes due to the latest updates of WordPress, as they have removed the classic widgets editor for the widgets section of WordPress. However, you can easily install the following plugin and activate it -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/. After it, you will be able to manage the widgets without any restrictions on your site

Hi, We are having problems with font styles. After a recent theme update our site is now using Times new roman though its set to a specific google font in the theme settings. We have tried several changes to make the google font show but no luck. Do you have any suggestions ? it seems to work on chrome when using a Mac but not a pc. On a pc nothing works (edge, chrome, Firefox) ?

I want to import the demo Business and all the plugins are installed. But the installation stucks on plugin MailChimp for WordPress and keeps refreshing and getting back to me with the same message not installed and then installed & activated.

Regarding the map at the bottom of the page.
https://pearl.stylemixthemes.com/is it possible when clicking on each marker to display an infowindow ballon with the name of the country.
For example when click on marker of Germany to display an infowindow baloon “Germany”.
Please let me know. Right now it is not 100% clear which marker belongs to each record.

The migration process doesn’t relate to the theme settings in general. With properly organized transferring of the site, there won’t be any restrictions by default
The theme support allows only to help with the theme default options and settings. While migration and configuring the site design from old to newer one requires extra service that is not included in the item support policy according to ThemeForest. Hi, I am using the Pearl theme with STM_Events to display a list of events. It is set to not display past events, but I need it to keep events that are happening on that day so clients can see whats happening on the evening that they visit the website. However, It removes the event as soon as we get to the day. How do I get it to wait until the next day before removing event? Thanks
