Hi, I have the theme installed on one website but the purchase was made from the previous webmaster. I see I have lifetime updates included, but how can I update the MedicalPress Elementor Addon plugin if I don’t have access to the Themeforest account? I tried to update to the latest version on Elementor (3.28.3) but its not working, probably due to the old version of MedicalPress Elementor Addon plugin. Thanks

To access lifetime updates, including updates for the MedicalPress Elementor Addon plugin, you must have access to the ThemeForest (Envato) account used to purchase the MedicalPress theme.

This is because updates are provided through the buyer’s Envato account. We recommend contacting the previous webmaster to either transfer the license to you or assist you with updates.

Without access to the original purchase account, unfortunately, you won’t be able to download the latest versions. If you only want to update the MedicalPress Elementor Addon plugin, delete the existing one and reinstall it via the Dashboard → Appearance → Install Plugins section. You can also find its update there.

Hello, I built my website using the MedicalPress WP theme. My version of Elementor that came with it seems to be outdated, as I’m getting the following message with WP dashboard: “There is a new version of Elementor available, but it does not work with your version of PHP. View version 3.20.3 details or learn more about updating PHP.”

I’ve updated my PHP version from 7.4 to the most current version that I can adjust it to in GoDaddy, which is 8.2…but I still get the error message.

Is there an update to this theme that I can download that includes the most current version of Elementor?

Hi, I’m using the theme V 3.5.2. I get a lot of spam-requests via the appointment-form on the homepage. Is there any (easy) way to include some kind of captchas at this form? Is Google Recaptcha V3 working? Thanks

Hi, I have a license with expired support, but since the theme comes with free lifetime updates, I should be able to update it. Hi, I have many premium themes bought on Themeforest on different websites, and almost all of them require to enter the purchase code, and with this I can update them directly from WP dashboard, without having to download a new updated version everytime. Is it not the case? Even if my license has expired and I don’t get any more support, shouldn’t I get the free lifetime updates anyway? Thanks

Amazing theme, but looks like you don’t have that option to change Appointment button to redirect it on different page, not modal form. My customer couldn’t find it where to change #appointment-modal to let’s say /appointment/ page.
