Hello! You can always download the latest theme version in your account on TF even if you support expires.

Yes, but you don’t need to replace the illustrations if you want to use them. You have to replace only the real people images/photos

I dont need assistance, however if a feature is not working, and on clicking on Insert, it says Support expired, I don’t think its an ethical practice. At least inserting section from the the kits is something which should work by default
Everything works properly, it has been tested. Please make sure that you have the latest theme version and all required plugins are up to date and you don’t use any 3rd party plugin which can affect the work of the theme.
why will there be a pop-up and say support expired. I click on Insert…It shows Importing.. and than a popup..Support Expired….This cannot be an error at our end…

We’re planning on buying the theme but we have some pre-sales questions.
Questions came up because our client is interested in using this for the SEO agency, so things have to be on point from the SEO perspective. 
- PageSpeed Insights gives below average score for mobile performance. Especially LCP and FCP. Test here (or use Chrome Lighthouse). What plans you have regarding this, considering mobile is important these days.
- Most images seem to use the
srcset, which is good. Yet the most important images, when doing the initial page load, is not. It’s the first slider/swiper section (image here) It uses the same image for different screen sizes (and mobile+desktop). Is it correct that if client uploads a 1500×1500px image, it will also load this 1500×1500px image on mobile device? And what is the plan to fix it? - Is the theme compatible with any plugins that help to serve next-gen images instead of jpg and png? If so, which ones?
Hi there! 1. We always do improve those scores, if you check the desktop results it’s more than 90, the mobile is 50. Those results are without any cache or optimization plugin. 2. We are not sure how you check that, but if you open the website on mobile, you will see that the srcset works properly. 3. We wouldn’t rely on next-gen images plugins: - the low quality, if you use automated system - sometimes the size is much bigger than original. The best recommendation is to upload the optimized images. Minus one extra plugin and better result.

- We checked the HTML code of the site and can confirm that first slider is not using srcset and it seems that original image is loaded. Yet other places seem to use srcset. See the image – left image is for the first slider (bad) on the right is some random image from lower part of the page (good): https://ibb.co/y0xscgB Do you plan to address it and when? This is our final decision point regarding purchasing your theme.

Hello there! I was about to purchase the theme but In the demo versions It seems the media loads very slow while I use 1000mb internet speed. The icons, pictures and etc.

Hello! It loads very fast, we do not experience any issues with the site loading. Maybe there is an issue on your end.
It’s slower when I use the iPhone while using Chrome & Safari. Another questions: - The theme has RTL support? - The colorful dots effect is removable? - Can I use the colorful dots effect only in the first screen and when scrolling down it will disappear for the rest of the homepage?

Just tested in Safari and Chrome on mobile, no issues. Yes, it supports RTL. The dots are the option, you can enable or disable it. It’s not possible to do that in the explained way.

The entire content can be managed in Elementor.
I’m going to install the theme on an existing website, that has already a wp bakery theme installed. What I have to do for to install and use your theme?
1. Please note that there will be a mess in the existing content if you convert all your pages to Elementor. 2. If you create a new pages with Elementor, there won’t be any issue. 3. You should understand that each theme differs its styling, options etc.

Hello! It’s fully compatible with 8.0 Please note that some 3rd party plugins are still not compatible with 8.1 It can lead to the issues with the theme. That’s why we are on 8.0 at the moment.
