I had my web developer purchase this theme for me. Now I can’t add support tickets or update as the purchase code is associated with his account. How do I switch it over to my account here?
You should contact your developer for this. We can not change account.

I want to buy this theme. I only have two questions. - I want to open lightbox when I click anywhere of the product picture on the product page. How do I add “Complementary Products” with Avone 2.0? I do not see the block as an option even after adding Shopify’s Search and Discovery app. I need to display add-ons for products and cannot find a solution.

I tried using a 3rd party app (Cartel: Product Recommendation) but it says
“Your current theme is not supported. This app requires theme 2.0 with app blocks support”
Complementary Products are a central feature of Shopify 2.0. Are they supported???

Unfortunately documentation and live demo are not enough, I need to see and test the specific functionality, which is never described in the guides.
If it’s not possible, can I purchase the theme and then, if it doesn’t meet my requirements, get a refund?

Your theme purchase code is same as before as you renew support. You can find it from download page on themeforest site https://themeforest.net/downloads

I am looking at purchasing your theme, can you let me know what the biggest my logo can be in the header? Some themes I’ve had will only allow it to be 200. I need to to be bigger then this. Thank you
If you want to keep logo and navigation on same line you can set logo size up to 200px but if you want to display navigation below logo, you can set your logo size big as you want.

The theme enable me to add variants images to each variants. But when customers visit the pages, the first variant option is selected in default, as a result, first vairant image is selected and viewed, that’s not the good in visual presentation for the first visit. I would rather customers to view the cover / product images first. How can I adjust the setting for the products pages not select any option first? Thank you.

Your support time expire 1 year ago. There are many buyers who do not face same issue as you have using same theme. In order to solve issue, You need to renew support.
Hi, I just want to know why the “subscribe us” both in the popup and at the footer section leads to somewhere like ”//adornthemes.us14.list-manage.com”... We’ve launched our site for almost over 5 months than been told that they leave an email address in the popup box but could not get the discount email. Must I use the “Mailchimp” app for this theme? That’s never a question when I use the free shopify theme. What should I do?
You should remove mailchim URL set to demo store from theme customize > theme settings > newsletter > MailChimp form action URL
Or add your form URL if like to use mailchimp option for newsletter.

Before installed yours I used the free theme for my shop and this feature works just as expected, which means If one leaves an email in the box and then click the “Subscribe US” button, he’ll definitely get the confirmation email from us.
Malchimp is not mandatory. Remove MailChimp form action URL and shopify default form active on your site.
