Hi, I bought this theme, I installed on my web but I cannot change colors of headers, text and others. I see changes at setting but at real website its still blue. how can I fixed?

Let me try to explain it to you, when you save any changes from theme options, it rewrite those changes to the portostyles folder files which are responsible for the site CSS to work. So sometimes because of file permission issue, sometimes server cache issue, sometimes site cache plugins issues, sometimes because of any server restriction issues, sometimes third party plugin confliction issue, that could be any reason from the above ones, the files under portostyles folder does not update with the new changes from theme options, so that is why in that case, we recommended to delete that folder of porto-styles and then click on save changes button again from the theme options, so that it will create the same new folder with same files again at the same place but with new changes from the theme options.
Hope this make sense now and claer enough.

Sorry to say that but we are the support team and we only provide our dedicated support for the Theme Options related issues here, we do not have any access to the refund requests, which can be handled by Envato and the Theme Author, Envato handles all the payments, distributions and refund requests. That is because of the Search Result page always adopts the layout of the content type which you choosed for the search, like in your case you choosed the search content type as “product” so it is adopting the shop page layout and that Custom HTML block is coming from the Appearance >> Widgets >> Woo Category Sidebar, so you have to remove it from there and it will be removed from the Shop and Search result page.

How can the popup be removed? I deleted the popup and there is still a greyed out when you enter the site after 3 seconds. I’ve had this problem from the start! thank you

Actually, There are two ways to set and remove the popup.
1- Navigate to the Dashboard >> Porto >> Template Builder >> there you will see the block named “Newsletter Popup” like this: https://postimg.cc/BXJLNQL9 simply edit it and then remove the condition from it like this: https://postimg.cc/75G2JtJf and https://postimg.cc/BXt8R7gM then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. Deleting the block only will not resolve the issue because the condition was set to it appear blank.
2- On the page in which the popup appears simply edit it then scroll down at the bottom you will see the widget named “Porto Modal Box” like this: https://postimg.cc/GHR7QYxL simply hide the row as I did in this image: https://postimg.cc/v4Bvqvgs then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

1- Actually, for the Elementor it is the same. Simply navigate to the Dashboard >> Porto >> Template Builder >> edit the “Newsletter Popup” block with Elementor there you will see the condition button as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/F7jNQS7k simply click on it and remove the condition from it check the image here: https://postimg.cc/YvGVHKXn then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
2- The second, way is also the same edit the page with Elementor open the navigator to find the “Modal Box” widget just like this: https://postimg.cc/LqBFcF5d simply remove this widget and save settings then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
Note: Please try to avoid using more than 1-page builder plugins it will cause unexpected issues on the site.

Hello, I purchased the porto theme not long ago and I’m using it now, however there are some issues. I have pages on my website, but when I go to my website -> pages to check it doesn’t show up. I contacted WordPress customer support and found a plugin called “porto-functionality” which was throwing errors on the site. After disabling the plugin, my website -> page -> published is displayed normally.
Cant login to support page. I want to reset my purchase key.

Hello. I’ve been using Porto for 2 years now without any problem, but now I can’t update to 6.5.2 (same goes for Porto Functionality) as it tells me that “This code was already used in another site” !!! Can you please help me fix this. Thank you.
I think I know what happened.. I had my wp installed in a subdirectory and I’ve recently moved it to root. Should I de-activate my purchase code and activate it again?

I am NOT happy with this purchase. As “Porto Theme – Functionality” Plugin Needs update every month , which has to be done Manually , it does NOT update automatically like other plugins . the site looks ugly without update, can you solve it ?

We are really sorry for the inconvenience that you faced with working on our theme, there is no such issue with our theme update, always you first have to update the theme and then try to update the plugin.
Please go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the theme from there and then again activate the theme with the same purchase code and then try to update the plugin Automatically from Appearance >> Install Plugins, I am sure you will not face this issue anymore and if yes then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out.

It is not fixed, the block is still missing most CSS, background color and font style that are present in the PortoBuilder preview, demo and previous versions of the theme.

You have to use the Custom CSS code to show it on mobile version too, please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

Is there an easy method to get a “View Cart” button on to the mini-cart popout? Currently it only has the Checkout button.
I can see the button is there for the off-canvas option, but they don’t want to use this option. Is it a Simple Mini-Cart type
