I just bought the Brooklyn theme and it’s great, but I have a few questions:
1) How can I change the search page messages “RESULTS FOR:” and “NOTHING FOUND. Sorry, but nothing matched your search terms.. Please try again with some different keywords.”?
2)I have inserted a top header with social icons and search icon, but on mobile version the top header does not appear. How can I make the top header appear in the mobile version?
3) I have chosen the header with extra module, and in the extra module I have included a button, but in mobile navigation the extra module does not appear.

Hi, I’m not a fan of wpbakery but I love the demos and premium elements. I am concerned about the loading time. Does it include library of predesigned modules? Similar to Salient Studio? Is it compatible with rankmath? I have also noticed that some elements look very small, can they be enlarged? Thanks!

yes we have predefined templates from all demos which can be loaded via template loader. I’m not talking about the demo website installer here, this is something different. Since we don’t know salient studio its hard to tell if we are talking about the same things here. Seo Plugins do work – we have extra queries on the header to support rankmath and yoast. Usually all elements have multiple sizes or options to change the size. If there are limitation we can at least provide CSS if needed to adjust the elements.

at the bottom of the description page is a note: Brooklyn Prebuilt Websites are made with WPBakery, Elementor can be used but not for editing existing content.

as @MrDani stated, the latest update of WP Bakery breaks the sites layout. I am talking about this one: Brooklyn Page Builder (Visual Composer) Installed is 6.5.3 but Wordpress Updates recommends updating to 6.10.0 So this is your build of WP Bakery I guess? I have installed it and the layout is broken. Uninstalled it and re-installed 6.5.3 Any info on this?

stick with our version since its modified and custom and always works with our theme. Once its installed and active, WordPress usually should not ask for an update anymore.

Hi, unfortunately “WP Bakery” 6.10.0 is breaking your theme’s templates. I see you are still including an older version of the page bulder (v 6.5.3). Are you planning to provide an updated version of the plugin and fix the theme issues? I already contacted WP Bakery and they said they cannot fix the issue from their end. Please let me know. we always recommend using the page builder version we deliver. Its a customized version in this case with additional features. If you experience any issues with this version, please let us know and we will take care of it. If you deactivate and delete the current WP Bakery, the admin screen will prompt a message to install the bundeled modifed page builder.

Hello, 1st of all … Purchased the theme and setup Demo #29, did not expect the images to come anyway, but nothing on the page was as seen in the demo. Slider was missing, blog links were not removed. Checked the page editor, slider revolution has the link to the required slider but nothing showing.
2ndly, I went to the support site and registered on the helpdesk site but did not find any option to submit a ticket or post a thread on aforementioned issue.

please edit the front page – scroll down below the editor and open Brooklyn Metapanel > Header. If a custom config is active, open the Colors tab and make sure that the background color is transparent. If no custom config is set, open Theme Options > Header > Header and Navigation > Colors and set the transparent background color there.

you can’t use the license multiple times. As per license agreement, you can use the licesne for 1 website. You are already using the theme on your own website and on another one as well. That means currently you do not own enough licences at all. Please check: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

yes the theme work with WP 6.1 but we do not recommend using PHP8.1 yet. Stick with 8 or 7.4.

I have been using this theme for years but this week the plugin “Shortcodes by United Themes” started causing an E_ERROR in line 44 of ut-shortcode-cpt.php. The same goes for Portfolio Management by United Themes. Are you aware of this?

What is the difference between the two licences ? I don’t understand very well, can we produce multiple websites with 1 licence ?
Do we have to spend money on several plugin who might be required to run the template ? (Elementor, Form plugings, etc…)

you will need a regular license for each website you are running with the theme. The extended license is only necessary if you turn the product into an endproduct for sale, which is a rare case. The regular license definitly covers your case. There are no additional costs, the necessary plugin are bundeled. Means everything you see on our demo websites is available with your purchase.
