I like the theme, but it is broken. I tried to get support while this was still active and nothing. WPBakery Page Builder will not let me update because it says that the theme is NOT registered. It is registered as it should be with the requested License codes and I have not been able to update this for months. What needs to happen? Thank you

Since your theme wasn’t built with elementor, does the functionality also not work with it? I’m seeing various animations with expanding images and other functional elements and wondering if all those parts you created will only specifically work using wp bakery?

Hi. Is there a way to only have the active section’s menu item in the link color? All of my menu colors are green where only the current section should be. It is a single page website. It works beautifully on mobile though.

Is there any way to leave the hero image vertical in mobile? I actually just want the desktop version of my image resized to smaller to fit the mobile. But no settings worked.

Getting immediate “critical error” on theme install and activation. Real bummer as I don’t have a lot of time to wait for a lengthy response and fix. I’ll have to buy another theme and eat the wasted $ on this one.
Even better… when I try to register on your support forum to post a message for help there, I get a “license already in use” error message. Its obviously a new purchase. I want a refund.

Great – I logged in using envato and I try to go to support for this theme and I get this message: Access denied. You are not authorized to view this page.
Also – please note that I cannot even install the theme. I get an immediate “critical error” on theme installation. I CAN’T EVEN INSTALL THE THEME.
I want a refund. ASAP. I’ve already had to move on with another theme. I don’t have time to wait.

I just installed the theme and per your instructions, I made changes to the .htaccess file and I created the php.ini file. My problem is that per my hosting account, it’s showing 3000 as the Max Input Var, however, from the Server Health link from the theme install, it’s still showing Max Input Var as 1000.
Please assist!!!

Okay … It’s me again and this time my issue is legit.
I’ve installed my theme, however, all of the demo sections have been created on the theme except for the homepage … The side left navigation is there, the footer is there, a white space for the header is there, and that’s it.
Also, I tried setting the cursor globally, however, it’s giving me nada.
I know, I need to comment in the support area, I would, but no offense, it looks like a zoo. I don’t have time to look and see if someone else has had a similar issue and I most definitely am not into this group problem solution via the forum.
Do you have a one on one option for assistance because I am totally not feeling the forum situation. It feels like a group project and its so not the case.

please check Content Blocks in your WordPress Dashboard – the mentioned area ist labelled as footer there. If you already changed it there, and the change does not reflect – check If you have a cache plugin running and purge the plugin cache and then the browser cache.

How does the search functionality work?

OK so the search works from the page that returns the error (“Nothing Found Sorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with some different keywords.”) message with a text field for searching, but not when you search from the header. I’ve enabled the header search function by going to “Theme Options > Header > Header And Navigation > Header Primary Extra Module”. Shows up fine, but doesn’t actually work

Hi! There is a bug in Safari with image gallery in masonery mode and with the “fitrows” option activated. The problem is that it shows only 1 image per row, and it looks stretched and really ugly. In chrome and Edge it looks fine. Is there a fast fix for this??

So out of the blue, all of a sudden, I’m getting weird x-rated popups whenever I click on a link anywhere on my website. This happens in all browsers. I’ve updated all the plugins, updated the theme version and everything, and this issue still persists.

this looks like you site was hacked / corrupted. In first step you should install a security plugin such as: https://www.wordfence.com/ and let the plugin scan your Installation for code injections. Sometimes the plugin is able to remove the code. Once you successfully cleaned the Installation change all passwords. Note this advice is only a starting point and not an Overall solution.

this sounds like a cache issue. If you have any cache plugin with lazy load, please deactivate the lazy loading since the theme has its own lazy load. If the issue remains, please deactivate the current cache plugin and install the one mentioned here: https://knowledgebase.unitedthemes.com/docs/improve-loading-speed/ and load the config attached to the article.

there is a plugin siteground-optimizer – this one is causing the issue because the dependencies are not correct – please configure the plugin and make sure jquery stays in header if inline scripts are not moved into the footer. Otherwise deactivate it and use the one we already mentioned. This solution if applied correctly works 100%.

I have set up a React Portfolio Slider and set the preview video to display on hover only, yet it plays as soon as the slide comes up. Any suggestions on how to fix this bug? I just want to play the video when hovering.

this is not a bug – this is by design – see the description next to the option.
Choose when the video should start playing. There are 3 different events available. When located in react slider, the video automatically starts when located in center.
