I am trying to activate this theme but it is not being able to activate it… How do I check if the license is not being using someone else and if it is how to do I delete the link to the license to the other site and just have it used on the site that I have.. Thank you!

Yes,after import demo content you will got.but image is only for demo. You need to chnage with your own image like other theme

Activate License button is not working.
I activate by clicking the button and logging into Envato however my theme is still not activating.

The Envato API is malfunctioning. This is not from our theme or plugin so we can’t have any hands on solving this issue. So we would request you to wait for 10 minutes and try activating the license again until the license is activated.

Hello, you guys changed your license system. I can not activate it via WordPress backend when you go to Cleaning Services then Registration. Every time I go to Registration then click Manage License it redirects me to your website and says “No Activated Licence Found.” I am not renewing my support to create a ticket on your site because this is a LICENSE issue that effects updates that needs to be addressed without paying to tell you to fix it. The theme is purchased obviously since I have the icon next to my name.
Going to Cleaning Services>Registration>Clicking Manage License does absolutely nothing except tells me I don’t have a theme license. Is the license needed for updates or what? My license was there before you updated your system and theme, now it’s gone and can not be re-entered.
Hello, you do not need to renew the licence. You just click the activation button and then login via envato login and the select the product and it will activate. This is easy for all. So that when move domain , you do not need to contact us again for deactivate. Thank you
I am not moving domains, still on same domain and been using the theme since I purchased it over a year ago. When you guys did an update to the license system, it asks to register license again but when clicking on it it does nothing. So if I don’t need to register it again even though it doesn’t show it, then I am good.

hi, I think after a wordpress update the coupon menu is lost, I was hoping that with the latest theme update everything would be resolved, the coupon menu is still missing. what can I do?

all plugins are up to date, i didn’t understand where to enable the version I use. The Wordpress version is 5.9.3. The theme version is the latest released 3.3, also the core plugin.

I’m using the child theme to customize some aspects of the site. in the indicated section I can not find the option. At the top of the section I read; Cleaning Services (custom) 1.8
The custom child version is 1.8 but the theme version is 3.3. the wordpress version is 5.9.3.
I checked in a “stage” copy of the site with older versions of wordpress and an older version of the theme, the coupon menu and the “about tabs” menu were available.
I could do some tests on another stage copy with the same problems (coupon menù missing) , but I saw that I cannot update the “Cleaning Services Core” pug-in for the issue “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)” problem due to the license problem that already activated on the online site, despite the copy stage is in any case under the same domain.

At first check if you have redux framework plugin installed or not. If not activate the plugin and the options will be available. And for the update error please activate and deactivate the license now and the issue will be fixed.

The problem of the missing coupon menu is not solved, I tried to check, I installed the Gutenberg Template and Pattern Library & Redux Framework plugin, I tried to disable it but the problem persists. The coupon menu is still missing. Thank You for your work
