I`ve been trying to update since yesterday to update bridge theme via ftp but files and folder weren`t overwited, so i had to rename the bridge folder and upload again bridge folder

So now, in my WordPress i have 2 bridge theme, the old one and the new one

Im trying to register it in the bridge core dashboard but a message is shown: “Code is already registered for other domain”

Could you help me please?

Also i have a problema with layer slider, i cant update to the last versión , i have the Versión 6.7.0, but the last versión is uploaded in the folder, what i have to do?

Since i rename the old bridge folder, created slides doesnt work, where are placed created slides? I think my slides are placed in the old bridge folder

Good afternoon, my site has been under construction for a very long time and I want to rebuild it now. On my dashboard I read the following:

Your copy of the theme has not been activated. Please navigate to Bridge Dashboard where you can input your purchase code and activate your copy of the theme so you can have access to all the theme features, elements & options.

I filled in my purchase code and my email but nothing changes…

I have received an answer, thank you and I do want to submit a tick but my support has been expired. I have bought two licenses (one in 2015 and one in 2020) and I do not know what to do now. Have you checked if the Bridge Core plugin is updated to the latest version? Once it’s up to date the “Your copy of the theme has not been activated” message should disappear.

Maybe you need further assistance? Disabling Google Fonts in theme options doesn’t stop the theme to use Google fonts from Google servers! It seems tha this theme cannot be used in the European Union.

The option to disable Google Fonts inside the theme will prevent the theme from using Google Fonts, however please note that some 3rd party plugins like Slider Revolution or Elementor are also using Google Fonts and you should also deactivate them there.

A HUGE flaw in all your themes is the fact that you advertise e-shops without having any widget for the shop`s categories. How on earth can the client navigate to different categories when shopping. Tragic design decision.

Thank you for the suggestion. However, implementing a sidebar and single product page is something really simple for a dev`s perspective. Don`t hold the multipurpose themes back please. They are beautiful but you cut out a big piece of clients just for a sidebar option.

Unfortunately, there is no licensing option for multiple sites. Each installation requires a separate license. Therefore, with the Regular license you purchase with our theme, you can use the said theme only on a single website or a domain.

first of all, I would like to say that you are doing a great job. I’m a long time user of the theme and it has never disappointed me. Also, the update attitude deserves praise. Respect!

There is only one criticism that I would like to address. I noticed that the margin in the bloglists on the left and right is way too big in mobile view. This affects all blog-lists examples of your templates – for example Bridge309 Aqua Template. The maximum width of the blog when viewing ”@media only screen and (max-width: 480px)” is 300 pixels.

Is there any way to adjust that cleanly? Or could you imagine to make this customizable in the future?

Unfortunately, my support is expired. I bought your theme several times (a dozen), but at the moment I can’t extent the support.

But my request was also a kind of feedback.

Because this maximum width in mobile view is a mistake for my understanding, because this is an inconsistency with the other layout elements (i.e. Portfolio, etc). It would increase the quality of the theme, if you could update/fix that in general. Just my two cents.

This is the width for the grid in general on mobile. This will also be applied for all sections which content is in grid.

You can increase this width for single product pages with custom css below:

Hi there

I have been handed a wp site that has your theme running. The original creator has sadly passed away and I am now looking to update the theme, but I can’t seem to find any information about how to proceed. Is there some way to either transfer the purchase key to me or verify the theme is original and then perhaps send me the newest version? The webhost is removing php 7.4 in a few weeks and the current version of the page builder cause issues with php 8.

Just a quick question regarding a modification I recently made, how can I hide the portfolio category when I hover the mouse on the portfolio thumbnail ? I have a photography website. I bought Bridge for that before knowing the Bridge is one of the slowest themes out there. I am very frustrated. I have done everything in my power: picture compressing plugins, deleted images, deleted plugins, deleted scripts etc etc… still takes forever to load. I don’t know what else to do.
