I want to make this clear, I never used the theme at all because was not going to work for the job that I was working on, so I wasn’t able to use this but I bought it and I don’t think it is fair for you to say to me that I don’t want to pay for support?? that has nothing to do with it, and to pay for support that I don’t need and all I need is that I want to use this on a new website but if you are going to force me to buy support because you don’t want to release it so I can use the code to unlock the theme that I really never used unless I also don’t know about you talking about the issues, so what are we going to do? you can email me if you would like to talk this through, by the way, you can also view how many other themes I have gotten from you, in the past, so honestly don’t know why I am having issues with this.

I downloaded the install from this site, how is it possible that the coding is wrong at all I never got that far into the installation of it. I was only trying to activate it period, if it is missing code that is your not mine.

I reissued your license and you can use it on a new domain. You can always request a reissue from our helpdesk without having any support active. There is a link in our helpdesk that says “purchase code reset” and the access is public.

The link is in the main helpdesk menu, no password or purchase code or support are required to use this service, you only need to know the purchase code you want to reuse and the theme doesn’t have to be in use (as in your case).

Please retry the activation now, it should work fine.

Actually overriding link colors in a few plugins.

Hello, you should check in the customizer, there are new options and you may need to set the colors again and save

I tried that though the accent color in the customizer overrides colors of any third party plugins including revolution slider. As an example I setup this cloned site, you can clearly see on the two top revolution sliders, although the font color should be white, the font color is the accent color of blue. https://wordpress-720984-3030318.cloudwaysapps.com/ . This was not the case prior to the latest update.

Any other place where this happens? Please post a screenshot if possible.

I rolled back the other site due to the link color problems. I added the plugin to the same site at https://wordpress-720984-3030318.cloudwaysapps.com/ – you can see the screenshot https://snipboard.io/VR9hzp.jpg – which is located at the bottom of the page. The links should be dark blue – not the accent color

I see, the plugin is simply using a too low priority for the CSS so it’s not changing the color (the theme is taking over). Before the issue was the opposite (plugins taking over to theme parts they shouldn’t have).

You can always add a line of css to fix the specific color of some plugin link that is not using the right color.

So after years of not having to do this, you update the plugin and now this is necessary? I use other themes that do not override colors set in plugins… wow!

As an example I set a color in revolution slider which is part of your theme and it doesn’t work… makes no sense! Can’t you roll back new problem so the theme does not take over the plugin colors???

Will look into this for the next theme version, I don’t have a quick solution for you sir because: 1) The issue is about a plugin that we do not support and provide anymore (since the latest versions of revo slider changed policies and changed functionality and are not anyomore part of the theme package, so is not a high priority issue)

2) Your support expired about 2 years ago and we need to provide first support to customers with a valid support period

I would suggest to roll back to the previous theme version if you’re having this issue, and wait for the update in order to have this solved. It will come out in about a couple of weeks.

I have 6 licenses using your theme. Incredible! So basically change things up for current customers without any consideration… We have over 90 radio stations which we are updating in the near future… would like to continue using your theme… but not if this is an issue that can’t be resolved.

Though the site referenced is just a copy just to show you the issues. The issues occurred on live sites which I rolled back to Version: 4.0.2. I can wait for an update if its sooner than later. Just wanted it addressed so I can update.
