That page is created by default from the theme. To create user roles go to wp admin > theme tools > user roles.
Hi, I see this in your documentation page “MyListing is also integrated with Elementor PRO and allows users to use the Elementor PRO custom header and footer builder.” But I updated the theme to the latest version and there is not “Elementor PRO” included? Am I doing something wrong? Thank you.

Hey. im trying upload theme on my wordpress host but i get 503 error and when i try to use File manager uploader i get the eror BROKENFIKE on my admin dashboard
i try many time but its not installed
also if i install the main theme but i can not instal demo version it is stop on 108 remaining

Hello your theme is amazing. I have a question though. Is there any connection between a Listing and its Woocommerce Order?
For example when someone chooses on checkout direct bank transfer then I have to wait for the amount to be transfered in my bank and then approve his listing. Right now though in the listings page I cannot see from which woocommerce order is a listing so to know if I can approve it or not.

1. Listing type > fields > add a Video URL or URL field
2. Single page > content & tabs > profile > add the Video block and link it with the field you created.
3. Now when you add/edit listings you can add the url of your video in the field you created (YouTube / Vimeo)

I got this error after submission of listing “Error 404: The page you are looking for cannot be found. With a button link “Back to homepage” therefore the listing didn’t go through. How to fix this?
Is there an option to customise this plugin to have to sign up to be able to use the service and also to not show specific details in the search as a presales tool, kind of like a mystery hotel search, it says there are 15 companies in this area that can help you.

That’s not available. That functionality is usually added by membership plugins so you can try them with MyListing.
For listing types are the textarea and wp editor fields supposed to filter the content and strip the URL links added when displayed on the frontend?
I’m adding links to these field types but the output is regular text.

For the textarea field it will print it as text. In the wp-editor field you can use the link button to make your text as a link otherwise it will print it just as text.

Is there a possibility to do crossed categories and url for this? e.g. as I have category example.com/restaurants/ and example.com/cinemas/ and example.com/london/ (based on location) then I can do category and url example.com/london/restaurant/ and example.com/london/cinemas/?
And on more question: I’m on the demo and I click search, then I go into the category. Later, I want to go back to the filters to search a category more deeply, but it kicks me out of the category and returns me to all results. Is this some bug in the demo or is this how the script works?

1. You can do that using filters in explore page. E.g. to have London region and Cinema taxonomy the url would look like this: https://main.mylistingtheme.com/explore/?category=cinemas®ion=london&sort=latest

1) Yes, but it is still url like ?category=cinemas®ion=london&sort=latest not /london/cinemas so I can’t make description or other features like for categories. 2) Not exactly. I go to https://main.mylistingtheme.com/explore/?tab=categories then I choose category “restaurants” and I have url https://main.mylistingtheme.com/category/restaurants/ and results of 3 points. Then I choice filters tab, and url changed for https://main.mylistingtheme.com/explore/?sort=latest and I have 7 results, not only restaurants. About this error I’m talking about. Despite I selected the category, it does not move to the filters. Is this a bug or is it just the way it is?
After expired my support Listing disappear from map. What i can do with it? This is my website www.portalwesel.pl Does it have to be this way for anything to work I have to pay for support? Also, all my settings are gone e.g. the maps show the wrong coordinates as they were set.

No it’s not related to your support expiring in any way. Most likely you have updated the theme from a version older than 2.9. The contact form is missing from my listings page. While checking I noticed it refers to a contact form ID that doesn’t exist. While I’m able to use another contact form, I’ll like to reduce the textarea height to look just like it was in the demo
Also, when I submit a form on the listing page, nothing shows if it’s loading. It just stays still for a while and for a moment I thought maybe I skipped a field but that wasn’t it. Can we have the option of showing that the submission is loading.

MyListing’s primary use is for directories and listing websites. If you only want to sell products I wouldn’t recommend using it.
I am loving using your theme, it is so flexible! I love the way you can create different types of listings easily and relate them together…great! When customising the fonts in customizer one cannot always customise the font colour. I have used css in some cases but can you provide the css to change the colour of the placeholder text for the quick search?

I’ve purchased and installed this theme, along with the Elementor and WooCommerce plugins. When first installing, Elementor works for editing pages.
Once I install a demo from the theme, like the “Property Demo”, I can no longer edit the pages in Elementor. Things just try to load and get stuck.
Any idea what could cause this issue?

Does this theme have a way of alerting the user that their form is incomplete and what is missing? For example, when adding a listing, the user enters all the information, but misses a required section or fills out a numbers only section with a letter.
Currently, after clicking submit, if there is an error like the ones mentioned above, the page will not move forward and submit and it also will not let the user know what exactly is the problem. The user will need to go back and guess what is wrong. The section doesn’t get highlighted in red for example.

1. It’s not possible to add letters in number inputs so you won’t have that issue.

2. That’s not available by default. You can achieve it with plugins.

Hi, I can add related listings manually but when using wp all import to upload a csv file the related listings is not working. So I have 2 listing types, both with related listings, when I import a csv file using wp all import I can see the related field in the mapping and I add the relevant field but this is not applied in the import. If I go to the listing I can add the related record manually but I want to be able to add the related listing using wp all import. Any ideas?
OK, I resolved this. So I did the import for the 2 listing types and then I changed the wp all import settings so that it did not skip if the file has not changed and then re-ran the imports and then it worked
