I’ve set region Term Hierarchy. And i’ve updated all to recent version of theme and wordpress too.

Hi, I love the theme, good job. However, I’ve spent many hours trying to import listing with localisation but the localisation data does not follow in the export nor the export.

On export, the localisation fields stay empty. On import, even when mapped, it does not import anything. I’m using last version of the theme and all-import/export plugin. Is it a known bug? Any turnaround?

Hi, I have a pre-sale question: I really like your theme, and I’m currently running a big directory on Listable, and I’m considering switching to MyListing. I have a few questions:

1. Is it possible to add a widget in the individual listing sidebar, featuring upcoming events (for instance, events specifically linked to this listing, or ALL the events/events in a specific category/featured events)? I’d like to show in the sidebar, a list of 5 random or specific upcoming events.

2. If I have 200 listings in a category, do all 200 pins load on the map? Or do you need to click “load more” for listing pins to load incrementally? It would be great if all 200 pins are shown at once (without having to load all 200 corresponding listings to maintain browser/server performance).

3. Does your event module allow to create recurring event (i.e. a same event that happens at the same occurence in the future. Ex: “Every first Sunday of the month”, or “every year in April, May, June, July,” or “on the 25h September 2024”. How far in the future can we create events? I’m currently using The Event Calendar, and an integrated module would be a plus.

4. Serve currency based on visitors’s server origin: some customers mentioned that they have customers worldwide, and therefore need to sell subscriptions based on local currencies. I’m using Easy Digital Download (EDD) with a currency converter (I have more than 20 active currencies for recurring customers from 40+ countries). Internet being… borderless, I think a currency converter should not be an option, but an integrated part of a directory theme. Is this something you would consider integrating in the future? This would be a deal-maker for customers who operate a directory for a profit.

5. Is it compulsory to add a profile picture/logo for each venue/place, or can this be removed? Can I show instead the .svg/.png logo for the listing’s category instead?

Lastly, I have a feature idea: Since you have a business hours module that allows to show “Currently Open” businesses, would you consider adding a “Pick a Date” calendar filter (like on your events page”) in the places’ filter, that allows to show which venues are open at a date in the future (ex: Friday 30 June 2023) ? This shouldn’t be too complicated since Business Hours are only Monday-Sunday, and the engine would only research “places open on Friday” (using the example above: Friday 30 June 2023). This would help people travelling, plan their trip by being able to see which venues are open on their travel dates in the future.

Hello your theme is amazing. I have a question though. Is there any connection between a Listing and its Woocommerce Order?

For example when someone chooses on checkout direct bank transfer then I have to wait for the amount to be transfered in my bank and then approve his listing. Right now though in the listings page I cannot see from which woocommerce order is a listing so to know if I can approve it or not.
