Your purchase code was already registered on site: https://www.embdestination.com/ and that was the reason it was not activating on another site, because 1 license is used for 1 single live URL only, this is Envato policy and you may wish to confirm from them as well.

I am currently designing the website on a 13inch Macbook PRO and using Elementor. For whatever reason, when I set the product display to 4 columns, it only displays 3 columns. In order to display the 4 columns, I have to set the number of columns to 6.
When i view the website on my 16inch Acer laptop which runs Internet Explorer, all columns are properly displayed. I see all 6 columns instead of the 4 columns i wish to display.
I should have the ability to edit the page and see the updates exactly as I want them. If I want 4 columns on a 13-inch and/or 14-inch device, I should be able to see that.

The images settings are not depends on our theme but it is coming from the WooCommerce, so you have to go to Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images and change the “Thumbnail cropping” option as per your requirements.

Getting 2 Major issues:
1. None of the forms on my website is working. The forms are made with elementor pro forms. Submitting any form gives “X Error”
2. After a purchase is complete, instead of getting the thank you page, user gets “there has been a critical error on this website” message. And No emails are delivered. This happened since 18th Nov.
