Plugins like WP Bakery page builder are not free in general. We have bought those paid plugins from our end and included them into our theme packages as external plugins and they are active from the theme side, so you can use those plugins without any restriction. All the updates we will include with the theme regular updates. So, the update of the plugins you will be able to get as soon as there will be the theme update

Please, You can also re-install the new swedish wordpress if you want. I already before three days ago i removed the wp and the database and i added a new wp and database, and after that i installed your theme again, but i got the same issue. SO you can now, remove and re-activate any plugin. I need my site working please. When can do make that please? I need a deadline, please. Thanks
Hello, I’m finally getting to master this template which is very nice and quite easy. I have one questions regarding the listings, in my home page I would like to show for example only the SUV’s and in Elementor I can only sort by *listings and that is the only option I have. Am I my missing something in order to make what category I would like in the home page or if I would like to show precise cars in the homepage? Thank you for your help, Laurent

We should notify you, that this kind of very strange issue comes only on your site, as we have checked our customer’s live websites as well as we have checked our own testing environment. Please, try to test the theme for testing purposes on your own localhost in a completely fresh WordPress environment without any extra third-party plugins and with proper server limits for the theme

I’ve purchased this Theme. I’m trying to create a support ticket and every time I do the website is telling me my purchase code has already been used – preventing me from creating a support ticket.
I updated the theme to the latest version and now, the dashboard won’t load (website is up, I can log out and access the login page), it times out. How can I get previous versions of the theme to upload via FTP?

Then navigate to the following directory: ”.../wp-content/plugins/” and remove the folders called ‘stm-post-type’ and ‘stm-motors-extends’.
Connect to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins.
Select the STM Post Type and STM Motors Extends plugins and click Install via Bulk Actions.
Get Fatal Error after the STM Post Type update to v4.5.6?
Login to your ThemeForest profile and download the Motors package (All files & documentation).
Unzip the motors package and navigate to the Bundled Plugins folder.
In the Bundled Plugins folder, find the STM Motors Extends plugin zip archive.
Unzipping the plugin zip archive.
Connect to your WordPress site via FTP/Cpanel and navigate to the following directory: ”.../wp-content/plugins/”.
Find the stm-motors-extends folder and remove it. Upload the unzipped stm-motors-extends folder in Step 2 to the ”.../wp-content/plugins/” directory.

Fixed after 2 hours of sleuthing and using your reply!
The culprit came down to the required ‘stm-motors-extends’ plugin that was outdated, it was on v1.8.9. The template was updated to 5.3.6, but that plugin needed to be updated as well to v1.9.0, but it couldn’t because the template update prevented the dashboard loading to update that very plugin.

After creating a staging site, I had to use FTP to disable each plugin to identify the culprit.

The theme update process doesn’t change the content and settings by default. If you have some customizations in your parent theme, you need to install a child theme. If you will make your modifications to your child theme you don’t have to worry about losing the modifications.

Make sure that you have activated the theme and updated the theme to the latest version.
