I have bought your theme a few days ago and installed on my site. I have installed this demo ( https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop14/ ).
I have found that “Live Search” doesn’t work. I have also looked your Shop Demos and none of the demo I found where Live Search Works. I have properly activated Live Search option in the theme setting. Here is the screenshot of my theme settings ( https://prnt.sc/YBIwuI4rh3Ch ).
Can you provide me a demo link of your theme where I can see the “Live Search” working?
Secondly, in admin panel under Porto>Theme builder>Product Type Simple Template ( https://prnt.sc/kF9pZZYSBMov ) is available. It doesn’t open in Elementor and gives the following error ( https://prnt.sc/6O3cV1Bhxlqj ). And in normal wordpress editing doesn’t shows option to edit its color and other settings. How to edit its colors ( https://prnt.sc/xUdGR2_g7Qcw )?

1. Please make sure that you have disabled the Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search plugin on your site, because you can not use both at the same time on the same site, for using the theme live search feature, you have to deactivate the plugin and vice versa.
2. Actually that “Post Type Simple” is created using the “Post Type” under Porto >> Template Builder and you can only create using the Gutenberg page builder, that is the reason the Elementor or WP Bakery editing will not work on it.
So you have to simply edit that Post Type https://postimg.cc/Mn2Vh7jH and then you can change the color by editing that button from style options: https://postimg.cc/rKPMmj9y

Because that services is the Custom Post Type and has been created with Porto >> Template Builder, you have to go to Porto >> Template builder >> Archive and edit the Service Archive as per your requirements.

1. Unfortunately no, there is no such built in functionality, so you have to try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements.

h1 on home page is for the logo, if you want to change that h1 tag to something else, then you can try with the below given code:
You have to copy and paste the below given Code in your Child Theme functions.php file and change the tag in it as per your requirements:

I’m working in my home page. I used the prebuild Porto Accordion. https://www.candleart.es/test-home-espanol-2/The structure is image categories and then all products tittles (in accordion format). Maybe 70 linkings to products.
Is slowly specially at movile when images of the top and accordion text are loading. How could I do faster? Images at about 100 MB approx. I have to converted to Webp, I have cache pluggin active. And with hosting Varnish.

Hi, I am trying to disable modal pop up box on top of our homepage, we are using Elementor editor.
