Hello there, I like to buy porto woo commerce wordpress template. And I would like to combine both classic and shopping theme.

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in the Theme Package.
And there is no need to activate or purchase a new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.
So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.
You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Ever since I updated from Version 6.5.3 to 6.6.0 and 6.6.1, all my product thumbnails in the shop archives aren’t scaling anymore and sizes are all over the place.
So far I’ve tried to:- Set the size through Customizer Woocommerce > Product images, no luck.
- After that I regenerated all the images with the plugin that comes bundled with your theme, still no luck.
- Clearing cache and used css via WP Rocket also did not work.
Any idea what to do about this issue?

Deleted all custom css just to be sure, but no luck either. (Deleted cache, browser etc afterwards). I will test with a fresh local installation to see if it’s a problem with my current setup or the theme itself.

Hi, pre-sale question. would this also include the web design (figma/psd)?
I made a new Header in the Porto Templates Builder. Made it with Elementor and Jetmenu widget for the megamenu. I chose Header Builder in Porto Templates builder in the Header Type. When I publish, only the header is visible, not the menu. Is there another tweak that I’m suppose to do in the Theme Options?

That is because you are using the third party plugin JetMenu for your megamenu, which we have not tested with our theme, and Template Builder is our theme core functionality so that might conflict with it, you have to try with the Theme Core feature Mega Menu, please watch the below listed videos, I have captured for you.

6 yrs ago I have installed Home version 5 of the porto shop. One update had an error and a comment box was displayed globally + serious privacy issues.
Recently I have purchased a new license and I hope the support will provide solution to my website updates as I cannot run the old version anymore. I couldn’t find the Home version 5 available.

It should reduce the DOM structure. Also, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header.

The popup is set from the blocks and with the help of the block condition, it appears on the site. Now, as you said that it appears on the entire site so it means that the condition is set to all. And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 21/05/2022. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

I guess that is the reason why after that line, all the source codes are white-colored codes. This white-colored code issue I have reported to your support long time ago and have not been fixed so far.

It’s quite possible that is why the white text appears after that. As I said that I reported the bug report to the development department. they will fix it in the coming update of our theme. Unfortunately, there is no file in which you can go and remove that tag I already checked it while sharing the bug report. The issue appears because of some widget/element conflicting with the off-canvass feature of our theme so you can set the mini-cart content type to “Popup” from “Off-canvas” until the update will release.

Unfortunately, the switch to popup content type does not help because I am using mini-cart popup now, not offcanvas. When this issue happened several months ago, I tested both, but nothing was changed.
