hi , got some more issue pl help me 1. Sticky header is showing behind in desktop 2. on phone u can see sticky header widht is higher in comparision to previous versionns of porto ,,,kindly help me solve these too isuue 3. on mobile header i can not see search form logo, i have to go to default in theme option and mobile menu dnnt come on left side when menu option i click. its come is centre

This is not related to the update of the Theme, It is working fine, and I already provided you the instructions above that you have to check under Porto >> Template Builder >> Header and edit the particular header with page builder.

can this Theme serve us everything we need?

We take car about pets and everything related to them. We are selling stuff at the online shop, this one you have.

Is it possible (do you have) to offer a Seach form, where people can find a vet near them. This is what we offer too, a certified vet network. Also, a shelter network where people can find shelters nearby.

So its we don’t worry about the online shop.

The vet and shelter network search function, is this possible to get from you?

If not, is your Theme ready to implement own plugins like external plugins, is there any limit??

Customers entering there or any address and get Listings of a Vet or a Shelter nearby. This is what we mean with search function im sorry. Its a Listing.

Hi, Team

Products on the product categories do not show up at the latest woocommerce. From the front end, it shows code “[porto_tb_archives pagination_style=”none” image_size=”full” builder_id=”1263” list_builder_id=”3491” count=”12”]” instead of products.

This was caused by updating the woocommerce database notified by Woo from the admin panel. I have made whole web rolled back to the point before I clicked the woocommerce database update.

TO EVERY PORTO USER: Do not update Woocommerce database right now!!! until Porto release the latest theme version.

How can I add multiple featured images to Porto Projects? There are setting for displaying thumbnails but there is no option to add multiple images?

First of all, please make sure that you have Installed the Dynamic Feature Image plugin on your site from Appearance >> Install Plugins.

Please go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the theme from there and then again activate the theme with same purchase code and then try to use the Porto Studio, I am sure you will not face this issue anymore.

Hello. My support has expired but I want to report an issue that at least one other user here has had. I updated from 6.5.0 to 6.6.1 then wordpress stopped working and gave out this error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’ in public_html/wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/wpb-elements.php on line 1566

This is the exact same error as the other user mentioned above got. My php version is 7.2, wordpress and most of my plugins are on latest versions.

I reverted back to 6.5.0 and thought of updating the Porto Theme – Functionality plugin but this also caused error. Error and notices below are what I got when updating the plugin from version 2.5.1.

I am sticking with the older versions of the theme and plugin for now. Since my support has expired, I can only hope that I would not have these issues in future versions.

Since anybody can read the comments, I want to say that this is the first time updates from this theme broke my website after 6 years of using it and I never had any other major issues as well. So, except for the issues mentioned above the theme has been working very well for me.

I changed the php version to 7.4 and this also broke my website. I got a bunch of errors below

WordPress database error Lost connection to MySQL server…. WordPress database error Malformed packet for query….

I then disabled all my plugins and the website works again and I was also able to update both the Porto theme and plugin to the latest versions. It seems something in the website was the cause of my recent problems but I cannot pinpoint what the cause was because the website still works after reenabling all the plugins one by one.

Anyway, I am happy that my website is running again with the latest theme updates and probably some other issues were resolved in the process. Thank you for your help.

Sound’s Good!! that your issue is resolved now, and that might be any plugin setting which was conflicting with the theme and core plugin, when you disbaled them, it reverts the setting to default and everything is normal now.

Hi, there is an ilegal website that are selling your product without your consent and funny thing that they encoded functions file and limit it to one domain per buyer ! They are putting license on your work and selling it . They sold 200 copies by far. We are doing legal steps to take this ugly site down you may want to do something about it yourself if you care about your good work. These should be your clients not theirs!

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in the Theme Package.

And there is no need to activate or purchase a new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Hi there,

Ever since I updated from Version 6.5.3 to 6.6.0 and 6.6.1, all my product thumbnails in the shop archives aren’t scaling anymore and sizes are all over the place.

So far I’ve tried to:
  • Set the size through Customizer Woocommerce > Product images, no luck.
  • After that I regenerated all the images with the plugin that comes bundled with your theme, still no luck.
  • Clearing cache and used css via WP Rocket also did not work.

Any idea what to do about this issue?

Deleted all custom css just to be sure, but no luck either. (Deleted cache, browser etc afterwards). I will test with a fresh local installation to see if it’s a problem with my current setup or the theme itself.
